Summary: Fire truck was on site when the first of our party arrived. There was a problem with the range. The fire department turned the gas off and we had no access to cooking for the four days we were there. Told the mgr…nothing. The door key code did not work after multiple attempts to convince the property mgr that it was not user error. The cleaning crew, who didn’t leave until 5:00, an hour after check-in and after the fire department left, was great and gave us their key so that we could come and go. But, there were six adults and one key, so it was not convenient. Broken windows, drapes and valances falling off the walls, many of the most convenient power outlets are broken and don’t work (won’t hold a plug). Lots of loose rugs without slip mats, so they were a tripping hazard to our elderly family members. Two rolls of toilet paper for six of us for four days. Trash was piled to overflowing in the trash cans in the driveway. No trash bags for our trash. This was a party house and abused by others. Very clean, very convenient to the airport, but renters beware.

Summary: Very roomy, accommodating for a large group. Only downside we experienced was while there were a lot of extra amenities, we did not find any extra blankets. We would enjoy staying at this home again.

Summary: The stay was fine, we got to visit with family. The rugs on top of the carpeting is unacceptable, great way to stub your toe and stumble. Double beds are not for tall people. Fungus growing one side of the brick wall on the entry porch. No potato masher, glasses are so small they are useless. Good thing I take my own apron, potholders, kitchen towels, utensils, pans, and garbage bags. I guess most people don't cook but this house is quite a distance from stores and restaurants. No ice or ice trays. I could go on but will stop there.

Summary: This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. The property is well maintained and very clean. We did enjoy our stay. There are a couple of things that could have made this a perfect stay that are easily fixable and hopefully will be so soon. There was an abundance of towels, plenty of sheets, but no blankets on any of the beds. The downstairs full size bed has a twin comforter making it uncomfortablefor 2 people to share. It was cool and rainy and it would have been lovely to have additional blankets. Especially for my almost 80 year old mother who was always cold. There were no dishrags, only 2 dish towels, and no potholders. This made actual cooking a challenge. A lack of small trash cans in bedrooms made trash duty much more a pain than needed. Condiments in description consisted of some coffee creamer/sugar/stir stick packets from hotel rooms and some salt and pepper paper packs. I wouldn't consider those as condiments worth mentioning. The rugs in the main rooms do not have grippers to keep them in place and therefore they slip and bunch up. This caused one of them, in the front room, to be a serious tripping hazard for my aforementioned elderly mother. We rolled it up to keep her safe. The ones in the dining room and den were not as easy to fix. I hope the owners will remedy these minor inconveniences and make it a definite 5 star rental. It is a beautiful property and we would rent again of in the area.

Summary: We stayed at Sare's Rose Garden for about 2 weeks and I would NOT recommend staying here. There are multiple reasons why, on arrival to the home there was yard work being done and the digital code to enter the home did not work and we had to use the backup key. Walking in the home, the blinds/shades and vacuum were broken on arrival, the ice make on the refrig does not work, most of the electrical outlet do not work(cord does not stay in outlet) and all the windows had dead flies/bugs. All the beds were double/full and if sleeping with another person very uncomfortable. Also, while we stayed there the home owner would randomly come over and garden in the front and backyard. I did call Vacasa and the Area manager to address these issues and they did bring a new vacuum but nothing else was done to address our concerns. Overall, I would not return back to this rental or use Vacasa.

Summary: This was the perfect home for our family vacation, it's spacious and fit our family to a tee. The check in was smooth, we had problems with the code that were resolved within minutes. My suggestions would be: larger beds, comforters (not quilts), and a pot/pan set, other than that, the space, location, desk (to work while on vaca), basketball goal, parking and trash removal exceeded our expectations. Thank You!!
