4 Bedroom House in Klamath Falls

You will love this spacious 2,800 sqft residential home at the Running Y Resort! This custom home has a gorgeous view of the Arnold Palmer golf course.
You get all of the amenities of the Running Y Resort (indoor pool and fitness center passes for 6) but with a home! The location is perfect as you are within a 2 minute drive to the many amenities that come with renting a Running Y house. This house is about 15 minutes outside of Klamath Falls and 65 minutes from the gorgeous Crater Lake!
This is a custom-built home, with an incredibly spacious living room and open kitchen. Great for the chef who wants to entertain, while being part of the conversation.
There are two tables for guests to sit at and a kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake to your hearts desire. There are even two ovens.
The patio is perfect for hosting family get togethers or just sitting by the fire pit. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the Running Y Resort from the patio. You can grill on the deck and enjoy the patio table as you dine.
There is also a set apart office area (with a sofa bed) that you could use for zoom meetings or just some quiet work. An additional private office is located in the laundry area.
There are 3 bedrooms and an office, which is the 4th bedroom with a sofa bed.
The master has its own private bathroom with a large tub and a large shower. The master bedroom connects to the gorgeous patio. Enjoy the king sized bed, while enjoying the view of Running Y out the window.
Bedroom two had another king bed with a sleep master mattress. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is an office and has a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.
There is a large bathroom (with a tub and shower) in between the bedrooms.
The laundry room is equipped with everything you will need, including a separate desk for those quiet calls.
House Rules:
This is our dream home. Please help us take good care of it!
We are sorry but there is no smoking or vaping.
No parties or events, including large family birthdays, reunions or memorials without prior approval. This is a quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors.
Only 8 guests allowed over night, including children.
Please do not have packages delivered to the house as many are delivered to the locked mailbox and you will not have access to the locked box.
We welcome up to two trained dogs in our home. If you have more dogs, you may write a request to the hosts. We provide a small inside kennel and there is also an outside kennel too. We ask that you please do not leave your dog unattended in our home and that you pick up after your furry friend. Sorry, we do not accept cats due to family allergies.
No parties or events, including large family reunions.
No tent camping or campers/trailers/RV allowed, due to HOA rules.
Please note: We do have a few closets locked in the house, for owner storage. The garage is also for owner storage.
Please note we have a front doorbell camera (to assist guests as needed) and one outside by the garage (side door) for safety.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time over Christmas… Crystal and her family decorated for the holidays which made the experience that much more magical not only for my kids but for all of us. We were able to easily visit with family who live nearby and relax in this spacious home. The kitchen was fully equipped for meals large and small and it was just a short walk to all of the amenities the Running Y has to offer. We also loved the fenced-in back porch that overlooked the resort, which we watched snow fall from on Christmas Eve…pure magic.

Summary: My family and I all stayed here for Thanksgiving and it provided the perfect location to host. With the spacious living room and dining area we were able to have all my family, plus other local relatives over with no issues when it came to space- especially in the kitchen! Crystal was an excellent host who even left out a welcome gift for us and our dog! The location is perfect if you are looking to ice skate (when open) or drive to many of the hikes in the area- we did the Skillet Handle Trail right there at the Running Y and it provided stunning views of the lake. The back deck provided a nice view of the golf course which makes it pleasant to drink coffee on in the morning along with the fire pit for evenings. Overall this house and the host are wonderful and we can't wait to book another stay in the future.

Summary: I would hate to say it's excellent as I want to keep it as my secret place for beautiful vacations. :) Seriously, in every way, the place was excellent and all of the guests were very happy. The house was impeccably cleaned and maintained. There were enough dishes, bowls, pots, pans, utensils, etc. for us to use. Many of the condiments were well stocked. We had no issues at all during our stay. I highly recommend it! Crater Lake was a bit far from the house. It took us well over an hour; hence, a bit of planning may be necessary.

Summary: The owners of the home were very communicative and wonderful to work with as we confirmed our dates of travel and and questions about available kitchen amenities. Let me tell you this home has it ALL and then some! Everything you could want or need; and all the little things you may have forgotten. From the moment we walked in the front door it immediately felt like home. The owners left us a wonderful family welcome basket that had everyone smiling! The home fit us all with room to spare; my husband and I took our 4 boys from ages 15 to 21 and everyone LOVED it! We enjoyed our evenings on the back deck with the firepit and the amazing views of the golf course and the hills and the stars at night with the moon! We golfed one day, enjoyed the pool and ate at the Ruddy duck a couple of times. We have stayed at many places over the years and this was by far the most wonderful home! Thank you again Crystal for sharing your home with us!
