3 Bedroom House in Conil de la Frontera

The spacious house 'Estrella del Mar' is located close to the beach (200m) and is suitable for up to 6 people. It has a large and beautiful garden with pool and a terrace where you can enjoy the summer evenings. Behind the house is also a terrace that is directly accessible by one of the rooms. There are three bedrooms (double beds and two single beds) and a large living room with dining area. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV (satellite TV / BluRay). In addition, the house has free Wi-Fi access. Estrella del Mar has been completely renovated in 2013. We have built a modern kitchen and two elegant bathrooms.
40 'TV with satellite TV (German & Spanish), DVB-T, Blu-Ray player and a surround sound system with Bluetooth for connection to your devices.
The house Estrella del Mar is located in Fuente del Gallo, a beautiful tiny village on the beautiful beach and only a 10 minute drive away from the center of Conil. The area is very quiet and is ideal for walks and beach walks.

Summary: The property is very well-located in a nice residential area called Fuente de Gallo and is only three minutes' walk from the Fuente del Gallo beach. The beach has lovely golden sand and beautiful clear water. The beach is popular with families but not overly busy or overdeveloped with only one chiringuito on the beach. The house itself is clean and modern with three good sized bedrooms. The ensuite bathroom is very nice but the second bathroom is quite small. It was fine for our children but if you had two or more couples staying it wouldn't be ideal. The pool is fantastic and the garden is a very pleasant place to sit - the pictures do not do it justice. There is a nice covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. The garden is private and not overlooked but you can hear neighbours enjoying their garden. Not a problem for us at all because it made us less inhibated about the noise produced by our children playing! It was our first time in Conil de la Frontera and we really liked it. Happily, we encountered almost no English people (which may have been due to the Covid red tape) and we found some very nice places to eat (although getting tables is a challenge at the best places so book ahead). Dealings with the owner and managing agents were pleasant and straightforward. Overall, a great base for a family beach holiday and pretty good value.
