There is a large grass backyard, misting system, and BBQ, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, the Cubs stadium and the 202 freeway. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to have an enjoyable stay including a 2nd refrigerator. A monthly discount will be applied for bookings greater than 28 nights. Summary: We had a great VRBO experience with Brad and Natalie as our hosts. The house was very very clean and in excellent condition. We had our four adult kids, spouses and three grandchildren and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone for eating, playing games, talking, and just lounging around. We also spent a lot of time in the spacious backyard playing lots of different games that they had there. All communications with the hosts (before and during our stay) were excellent and timely and detailed. It really felt like a home away from home with all of the usual day to day necessities and conveniences in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pantry and laundry room. The house was super comfortable and the location was excellent being very near stores, restaurants, things to do, etc. Would highly highly recommend this property and Brad and Natalie as hosts if you are in the Mesa area.

Summary: The house is just as advertised. It’s clean, spacious, very well appointed with everything you need, very comfortable. We were working our beloved quilt show at the Mesa Convention Center for 4 days and our homes are just too far away, so we found the perfect VRBO to stay at. The hotels in Mesa are just too expensive. We worked very long hours and we all slept very well in the comfortable beds this home provided . It was perfect. Thank you so much.

Summary: Nice neighborhood, lots of food and coffee options close by. Walmart was only 5 minutes away for groceries as well. Plenty of room for our family of four.

Summary: Super clean and comfortable stay. This home has great gathering areas. Our granddaughter loved the soft winter grass to play on in the backyard. Our married children loved having a comfortable place to stay while visiting family over the holidays.

Summary: Spotlessly clean home. Plenty of beds and space for our group of 8. Comfortable mattresses and nice quality bedding and bath towels. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property if you need a big home for a large group!

Summary: We came for my nephew's wedding and stayed for three nights. It was two families with kids ages 8 to 22. The house was wonderful and very clean. There was plenty for the kids and adults to do and the backyard was beautiful and wonderful to play in. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was just what we needed and it was a wonderful stay!

Summary: We brought some of our family to Mesa for an early Christmas with our daughter who lives in Mesa, This house was perfect! There was plenty of room for four adults and the hosts thought of everything including a decorated and lighted Christmas tree. The hosts thought of everything including a snack basket, labels on all light switches, trash bags and Kleenexes, laundry and dish detergent, etc. When we had a problem with the internet, they quickly came to resolve it. We look forward to staying again!
