Summary: As other reviews have stated, the cabin is a bit of a work in progress, but has a lot of potential. It was a great space for four adults (one couple and two singles) and we especially enjoyed our time by the lake watching the sunset - it's very quiet and serene. I think the biggest con is that there isn't really a living room - the downstairs is set up more like a theater room, which is great, but upstairs would be nice to have an area for more people to sit comfortably. Otherwise it was well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed.

Summary: It was perfect for what we needed it for. It has great potential to be the perfect getaway. Plus the owner was very friendly and very responsive. The lake is very small but very clean, sandy & shallow which was very enjoyable/relaxing. When I say a great potential, there were a few things that I didn’t expect to see with the higher price point… A lot of unfinished siding with tyvek showing, the inside also had poly showing and unfinished walls in some areas, new boards were replaced in the outside deck but sawdust looked to not be cleaned up, the oven baked the egg bake very slow, the outside deck/stage could be a hazard with no side rails, yard doesn’t seem well groomed as well as the very weathered outside exterior walls could really use some stain. The photos online were a bit deceiving with what we saw mentioned above. All in all, we won’t be staying here in the future but it was a good last minute choice that was available last minute to book a quick getaway…

Summary: This cabin offered the perfect rustic feel with modern amenities. It is located on a quiet pristine lake with a sandy shore. The dock, fire pit, grill, and covered porch made for an excellent outdoor experience and the cozy cabin had everything you would ever want and the most comfortable beds.
