Positive: The property was excellent and had everything we could want. It looks as good as the photos and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It’s a fabulous location, and ideal that the access is just off the road so no painful steps to carry bags up. It deserves to have a much higher rating! A real hidden gem. Hopefully shall be back soon.

Positive: Great apartment, very comfortable and has everything you need. Location was perfect, in a quiet street and walking distance to lots of shops & restaurants.
Negative: I stayed at the apartment for 2 nights. Before arriving, I paid a security bond of 2000 euros. After checking out and asking when I would receive the money back, I was told that it would be released 6 days after check out, then it would reach my account up to 10 days after that. The host was very vague with details and not very helpful. I have finally received my money back but it was 4 whole weeks after checkout. I tried multiple times to contact the host to have my money sooner, but they did not assist. It could have been a lot cleaner, the bathrooms were very nice but not cleaned very well.
Summary: Nice apartment in a great location but difficult to deal with the host.

Positive: Location and space was terrific. Unfortunately , cleanliness I couldn’t rate highly bc when we arrived at 3:50 pm (check in at 4pm), the cleaning lady was in one of the bedrooms still cleaning up and the living room area was dirty.
Negative: The Staff and Anas, from checkmyguest , were untrustworthy and shady, in my opinion. When I arrived, the apartment was not ready. We left our luggage in the front of the place and went to eat . During our dinner, Ana’s called me to ask if I could walk back to the property to lock the door for the housecleaner when she left. I told him I could not do so for obvious reasons and he reassured me that he would do so. When I returned to the property, my backpack was missing . Thankfully, the main item of value was an old beat up laptop. Anass reassured me that he nor his housecleaner took it and all items in the home was secured. Another woman in the group said her dilute bag had been unzipped. So, I was on high alert at that point and took pictures and videos of everything in the property, expecting my security deposit to be withheld for fraudulent reasons. Sure enough, after our departure, I got a text from Anass stating that we damaged this windowsill . Said windowsill was in the master bedroom hidden beneath heavy curtains that no one would bother to touch. Furthermore, it would make no sense that 6 moms getting together would party in this manner and dig into said windowsill and damage it. Completely nonsensical, right ? So, to Anass’s credit, I sent over the pic of the damage, which was clearly there upon my arrival ( but caused by us according to our questionable “housecleaner”), and did not get charged anything. On the day of departure, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who used her keys to open the door as we were all sitting at the entryway table in our PJs. She informed us that she was told no one was in the apartment and that she was there to have the jacuzzi fixed. No one informed us that the jacuzzi was broken — we just didn’t have time to use it. The owner heard my disappointing story and was as sympathetic as one could be and attempted to assist me with recovering my backpack.
Summary: Nice apartment, not so nice host.

Positive: Very nice and clean place and very flexibel. Our initialen booking got cancelled on the day of arrival and we were left to book this appartment last minute. All was arranged quickly and we were able to get in very fast.

Positive: The apartment was beautifully done, with lots of space for our party of 5. The location was amazing, on a quiet street but in the heart of Montmartre, very walkable to cute cafes, shops and restaurants and close to a metro station, though we didn't end up taking the metro at all, we just walked everywhere. The hosts were very communicative from booking until check out. The jaccuzi in the living area was a nice touch, though the water wasn't very clean, so we didn't end up using it. Otherwise, the apartment overall was nice and clean.
Negative: There's no air conditioning, which ended up being alright. We visited at the end of August, and the afternoons got quite warm in the apartment with the sun coming in from the skylights. But honestly, the evenings were quite cool, with a continuous breeze if you open the windows. For the rooms that don't get the breeze or there's one room without a window, we found the provided fan was sufficient.

Positive: Friendly service, jacuzzi!!, good location in montmartre, easy access to subway, also nice that the appartment has street access. We cooked dinner for our entire group one night which was easy enough with all the facilities
Negative: We only had one set of keys which was bit inconvenient -- we managed though. They said they are providing an extra set but the apartment is quite new so suppose it just wasnt there yet.
Summary: Wonderful, would recommend, JACUZZI
