Summary: This property was clean and spacious, even for our family of six. The layout of the house and furniture were comfortable and welcoming, with enough seating and living area for a group. It is located conveniently to restaurants and is a walkable distance to the monuments, national mall and museums. The off street parking was large enough for our over sized vehicle and check in and out was extremely easy.

Summary: This house was a great place to use as a base for our family discovery of the DC area. It was so nice to return at the end of our very full days to a nice home environment (as opposed to a hotel) where we could still all gather together to eat, play cards, or whatever. James, the host, met us upon our arrival and got us started, also offering his help if anything came up, but we never needed him again, as we had everything we needed in the house! We did have a rental car, so the on-site parking was a huge plus. We are a family of 5 (Grandma, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 young adult grandchildren), and the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms and sleeping areas worked for all of us! And the entire house was very clean. Our week in DC was extremely memorable and staying at this property was part of that.
