A 4 bed 3 bath house, only 15 minutes from downtown or Tybee Island in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This unique home has a great open layout where you can enjoy entertaining features like shuffleboard, games, hang by the bar, or sit under the lights on the cozy outdoor patio.
Enjoy two master suites complete with luxurious king-size beds and newly remodeled bathrooms.
Freshly remodeled home with a great open concept and high ceilings. Lots of entertainment options including an LED shuffleboard (with a bowling option), board games, sound system, 3 QLED TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in each master suite), fully lit patio with Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill (will need to purchase charcoal while at the store picking out what you want to grill).
The kitchen is equipped with most things you would need including grill tools, baking tools, and more. Enjoy black stainless steel appliances throughout the house all 2 years old or less. New large sink with a garbage disposal makes cleaning up after dinner a breeze.

Summary: Everything was great. Photos matched the house. Location is perfect between savannah and tybee.Owner watches the house on camera ALOT which is uncomfortable especially since we had teenage girls with us.

Summary: We needed a 4 bedroom as we were a couple traveling with 3 adult single family members. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuites, which was very nice. The home was comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the cleaning company to clean the bathroom showers better and to remove the excessive leaves from the front walkway. The 3 single family members we had with us all used walkers, so we had to be extra careful with the covering of leaves on the walkway to the front door.

Summary: We had an excellent stay here. Property was in a quiet and nice area while also being close to all of the attractions of Savannah. We enjoyed grilling in the outdoor area and spent time around the table playing games and catching up as long time friends that have moved apart. Excellent internet, entertainment, and sleeping options and the host was consistent with communication during our stay. Memories were made and we will definitely be visiting again!

Summary: The location was very nice, spacious and peaceful. The place looked just like advertised and the host is very responsive. Check-in and check-out was an easy process. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out. My family and I had a good time at the place. My only cons would be that the vinyl floor looks nice but gets dirty so quickly. I think it must be a texture thing so I would recommend flip flops. Also, we had trouble locating the bath mats for getting out of the shower or tubs so we just used towels.
