We are just under 5 minutes from the ocean and under 10 min to vibrant Atlantic Ave. Enjoy the beach, top tier restaurants and bars, and many family friendly activities just around the corner! Perfect for 8 guests, it boasts ample natural light and windows, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy modern comforts in a serene setting, ideal for both relaxation and exploration.We are excited to share our property with you!
The pool is heated to 80°, if you would like it warmer please message us and we will be able to make an arrangement with you.
Please make sure grill is turned off after use & propane is shut off.
NO DIVING IN THE POOL. No running outside around the pool. The pool is 5 feet deep at the deepest point.
As with any tropical location, occasional bugs may make an appearance. While we have professional pest control services come weekly, we can’t guarantee a bug-free experience due to the nature of South Florida. We appreciate your understanding!

Summary: House was beautiful as was the pool. I stayed during a cold snap in FL so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool even though it’s heated the air temp outside was too cold. Lovely house would stay there again. .
