What's better than a Lake Getaway! Enjoy this amazing lakeside (just steps away from Lake LeBoeuf) 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom lake cottage for your next getaway out of town. You'll have plenty of room in the spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area; but, you find your self drawn to the private deck, outside hot tub deck both day and night use. Take in the night sky while you rest from a long day on the Lake with the year round hot tub! The spacious upstairs bedroom with king bed provides an amazing view of the lake. Loads of natural light throughout the cottage.
Yes, this is a duplex! So, guests could stay/book the other adjacent unit! If that is not okay, please do not book or just book both units! This duplex sits on the Lake LeBoeuf Campground.
Be sure to bring your paddle-board, kayak or canoe (small craft boats are welcome) for a fabulous day on the water. Lake LeBoeuf Lodge sits in quaint and cozy Waterford, Pa with old town flair with wonderful restaurants, grocery store, Dollar General among other options. Just 7 miles from the of Erie and easy access to I-79/I-90 and the Peach Street shopping.
Watersports: There are two kayaks (single rider) for guest use amongst our TLVR lake properties. You will need to bring or rent your own paddles, lifejackets, and have a whistle on board. If you choose to utilize the kayaks, you must follow the boating rules of PA as the lake is policed by the PA Game Commission. You can get fined if you do not have a life jacket or whistle while on the lake.
Wi-Fi/Internet is available along multiple networks. Additional WiFi/Internet and Smart TV is located at the Pavilion and can be enjoyed by guests of the cottage as well as the rest of the campground as these are common spaces.
Rent multiple RV's, Deja Blue Cottage and the "sister" cottage Deja Blue Cottage for big groups ideal for sports tournaments in Erie and Edinboro!
Please Note: This property is located in "snow country" and guests from November 1 to March 31st MUST have AWD/4WD to stay. During Spring and Fall, we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles as well. Being steps away from the lake the area is subject to some flooding.

Summary: The cabin entry subfloor needs repaired. There were dead flies all over the house, and we sucked up more each day with the vacuum. Getting in/out of the hot tub was difficult because there was no dedicated steps. Most importantly, there was not enough comfortable seating. The cabin provides a large open floorplan, but limited seating space. There are plenty of built-in cabinets upstairs & down, which we didn't really use. Also, the kitchen oven/microwave didn't work. They did install a substitute microwave for guests to use, but SOL for an oven. I wouldn't stay there again, or recommend to any friends.

Summary: Location is very substandard. Basically right in the middle of a cheap camper park. Really creative photography to not catch the dilapidated camper / trailer up on blocks not 12 feet from porch where hot tub is located. No privacy in hot tub as it sets totally exposed to and not 20 feet from ingress / egress point to all the above mentioned campers. No soap or body wash. Oven and large built in microwave did not work microwave and toaster type oven on counter poorly placed and small. Dining room chair came apart under me ( I am a cyclist and am in good athletic shape, not large by any means). Unfortunately, I could go on. But the final straw was when, after traveling 4 1/2 hours I had some confusion on my part about gaining entry, instead of just sending me the information needed, the host first responded with a childish, rude and snarky comment to make it evident my question annoyed him. This while we were getting bit all over by mosquitos as we tried to gain access.

Summary: The place was spacious for two and very clean! The hot tub was lovely. It needed more water on day 2 and the host filled it quickly for us. We went to the diner in town, the drive in movie theater, and the Sunday Flea Market while in town. We had a great stay! Will stay again!

Summary: Second time staying at the Blue Chill. Loved it!! High waters due to the lake but I didn't care I could still drive out there with no issues. As long as I can get food and the hot tub is working I was very happy camper. I will definitely be back again this summer. Thanks, Tina

Summary: It all seemed easy enough. Information was sent timely and rules clearly stated. A couple of issues: The rental was lovely.. well thought out and spacious. Most of the amenities were out when we arrived, but were being putaway into storage the next morning. Did. find maintenence and he was nice enough to get the grill back outand add water to the hot tub . View and proximity to the lake was great!

Summary: Stayed at the Blue Chill Cottage and had a wonderful time. Spacious, accommodating, and super fun. Kayaking on the lake was a real treat. Plenty of games and the fire pit was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Summary: I've gotta say this is definitely one of my top places to stay. Had a little hiccup at the beginning but they took care of it immediately but I will definitely be back. Had a great few days and I'm the most relaxed I've been in quite awhile 😊. The hot tub and kayaking on the lake was awesome!! I would love to live here if I could. Now to go home and enjoy the rest of my vacation till Monday 😆. Thanks for everything!!
