A Beautiful home in a nice and quiet neighbourhood with all that you need literally just around the corner. Home has 5 bedrooms plus 2 so fa beds, 2 living rooms, dining room, eating area, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, parking, and a large deck. You will be very comfortable here as the home has been tastefully decorated, plus we have provided all that you need to make your stay as our guest a wonderful experience. We look forward to opening our home to you and those you choose to bring with you.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. Summary: Great location to throw parties, no noise complaints or what not. Property only has one parking spot as owner/landlord uses the other one. Hard to find parking in the neighbor hood if there is more than one vehicle in your group. Property could use some TLC inside, but nonetheless it was a good place, no noise complaints over the weekend.

Summary: Awesome to have a large space for big groups and located in a very convenient spot. Unfortunately, not very well stocked for large groups (ex. kitchen) and it was very difficult to communicate as this is actually a listing for another company other than VRBO (CanadaStays). Their customer service was very frustrating to work with.

Summary: The house is spacious and clean. Although there is only one parking spot in the property. I would like if there be code entry system to ease the coming and going to the property.

Summary: Lots of space for good value. Two mattresses need to be replaced ASAP. Had problem contacting owner/landlord through VRBO as no info re check in supplued ahead of time. Owner/landlord lives in basement. No issues.
