Summary: Great location, only about a ten minute Uber to get to the old mill district. The house was spotless and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property was great for a large group of adults to stay comfortably. Well appointed and had everything we needed. Simple but comfy decor. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to everything Bend has to offer. Would stay here again!

Summary: The property was sparsely stocked and furnished.A lot of dog hair throughout the property and the washing machine is still broken and difficult to make work. The outdoor space has two chairs and no table. It was close to everything which was nice. We booked it at the last minute that's most likely why it was available.

Summary: This is a nice-sized house in good-looking and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and bright. The location is, however, not the most convenient if you're in Bend to ski due to traffic builds at the roundabouts. Maybe consider the west side of the river. Also be advised that while there is a garage the door opening is lower than normal and we were not able to pull our car into it with a modest car-top carrier on our vehicle. The biggest problem we encountered however was that the propery is advertised as having a washer and dryer but funcitonally it does not. Both machines were present but the washer was not hooked up to the water supply or to the drain. The dryer's plug did not match the outlet and so we couldn't even dry our wet things let alone do the laundry we were planning to do and had packed accordingly. This caused us considerable inconvenience. We would not have booked the house if we'd known it did not really have laundry facilites as advertised. I reached out to property manager who after a long delay and back and forth offered me a $50 voucher to a future stay at one of their properties. I counter-offered a partial refund and coudl get no further response. I then reached out to VRBO who called to the property managed. VRBO who said the property manager would call me within 24 hours. It's been a week and I've given up and have gone ahead and written this review. VRBO said there was nothing else they could do. Disappointing performances from both parties.
