This upscale newly built home is located in a private neighborhood of North Phoenix. Surrounded by the rugged desert mountains, there is easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, four bedroom/four and a half bath home.The main/master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, there is a mini master with a queen bed,its own bathroom,t.v and walk in shower.while the two remaining rooms are furnished with a king bed and a queen sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. There is also an additional living space furnished with a queen size sleeper and room to sleep up to two people. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with state of the art appliances, complete with dishes and utensils, and seating for ten. There is a comfortable open floor plan with room to spread out. Four large screen televisions with Direct TV are located in the living room and master bedroom,family room and back porch. Situated near I-17, there is quick access to Happy Valley and North Phoenix. Head 20 minutes east on Cafefree highway to reach Scottsdale, or you can head west on Carefree highway to Lake Pleasant. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf, shopping and many great restaurants located nearby. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the privacy of the resort style backyard with a solor heated pool and hot tub.Lots of outdoor seating and a fireplace for your evening enjoyment.Built in barbeque and bar area also.The pool does not have a fence around it, may not be suitable for small children.

Summary: House was beautiful with fantastic outdoor space. The pictures undersell just how nice the place is. Host was very attentive and communicative and checkin was seamless. Really enjoyed the stay!

Summary: This was the second time we stayed at this vacation rental and we hope to stay again. Four couples had plenty of room in this very comfortable, clean, well stocked home. We enjoyed sitting in the spacious backyard every evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a beautiful office in case anyone needs to get some work done. The home is located in close proximity to many stores and restaurants. It is also nearby some of the most beautiful hiking and kayaking that we have ever done. We are thankful to have come across this rental and we hope to come back for a visit again in the near future.

Summary: Kelly's house is amazing! Beautifully decorated, lots of room, very comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and paper supplies. It was close to everything and very easy to get to. Kelly was very responsive to any questions we had. More beautiful than the pictures. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!! Thanks Kelly for a great week away !!!

Summary: Six of us had the best experience ever at this beautiful, clean, well equipped rental home. It is nicer in person than the photos reveal. Enough room for at least 10 people. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glassware, pots, pans, bakeware, a coffee pot, a toaster, etc... Beds are beyond comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom! Plenty of bed linen for all the beds. The gorgeous office came in handy, as 2 of us had to get some work done. The outdoor space is enormous, with all kinds of comfortable furniture, grill, huge pool, and hot tub. So many fun places to visit nearby. We rented e bikes at nearby Pedego Electric Bikes, Glendale/Peoria...highly recommend! Went for a nature walk at Cave Creek Regional Park. Visited so many cute shops and restaurants in the town of Cave Creek...Buffalo Chip Saloon, Stumblina's Cantina, El Encanto, Janey's (live music every evening). Close to so many fun places to visit! We were lucky to have come across this rental and hope to visit again someday.

Summary: Desert View Village was the perfect accommodation for 4 girlfriends, each with our own bedroom and bathroom. Three out of the 4 bedrooms had a tv. Since we all prefer to have a tv in our room, a tv in the 2nd queen room would be ideal. The bathrooms were fully stocked with a generous amount of toiletries, Kleenex and toilet paper. The kitchen had all the essentials and more that you would expect to find in a house of this size. The backyard was an impressive oasis with a large pool, hot tub, firetable, desert landscaping, etc., plus citrus trees! I would suggest upgrading the property photos to more accurately depict how impressive this home really is. I didn't have high expectations for the home based on the current photos so I was pleasantly surprised that this home exceeded my expectations.

Summary: We didnt have the warmest week in Phoenix but still had fun. The property was in a good location for local hiking. Very nice backyard setting. We could have used a heated pool but we still enjoyed the hot tub.
