Summary: Matthew was a good host. The house had a beautiful view of Cumberland Lake from the cafe DDx x axxxxx xx x C cal CC CC dad dads a LR windows and covered back porch. It was great for the five of us to have our own BR, each having comfortable beds. The spacious bathrooms were a plus. It’s a great place for a big family or group of friends. The rating for the cleanliness was because Matthew had problems with the cleaning person before we got there. He is working on getting that resolved and was very fair to us because of this issue.

Summary: The house is in a nice location to many beautiful waterfalls and hikes. The house was well stocked and the children had a lot of fun with the toys in the storage closet. The view was peaceful. Thank you for accommodating our large group!

Summary: The place was an older style, I loved the theme of it and it looked very clean, there were some dirt and leaves that were dragged in somehow; no bedbugs, no roaches, very nice place. Gorgeous view of the Cumberland River, and only 40 minutes from the Falls. Amazing for families or friends just wanting to get together for the week.

Summary: We felt right at home. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed and the host was friendly. The house is much nicer than the pics online and it was very clean.

Summary: There’s so much good to say about this property and our stay. Communication was easy as was access. The property site is lovely with a view of Lake Chamberlain. The house is lovely, spacious, clean, and has multiple public spaces so all may enjoy. We especially appreciated having a pet friendly place to stay. Amenities made the stay!
