1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m and it's closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
3. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

Summary: My family and I loved this apartment during our three night stay! It is cozy, comfortable, clean and all amenities were provided. We really enjoyed the location, being right in the middle of shopping, dining and close to downtown and the beach(Padre Island). We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Great place in a great area in Corpus. We enjoyed our time at this place and the host supplied plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the supplies we would need. We especially appreciated use of the garage to keep our vehicle out of the elements. We plan to use this same place in the future and would recommend highly. Thanks again.

Summary: Nothing to complain about here. It was located on a nice side of town and we only had to drive a couple minutes to any store or restaurant. The apartment was pretty clean. They had all the utensils we needed when we cooked dinner so that was a plus. Check in and check out was simple. And for all the features that come with this property the price is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Summary: Property is in a condo/apartment style with a nice garage to keep the car out of conditions. Did notice quite a few bugs in and around the property. For those traveling with a pet there is an unleaded dog one building over, who didn’t really pose a problem but could be a deal factor. Other than that Dereck was very nice and accommodating. Instructions were very clear and it served its purpose for us.
