Summary: We stayed for three weeks and will definitely plan to stay again! We hiked in several parks (within 20 minutes), explored beaches (within 30 minutes), visited Kennedy Space Center (90 minutes to the north), Art Museum in Boca (90 minutes to the south), and Epcot (2 hours west). Excellent location. We had one minor issue upon arrival which was taken care of the next day while we were out. The screened porch served as our work office for the few days we were not out exploring. If you are visiting the central east Florida coast, this is an exceptional property.
