Elevated spacious private property set on one acre. No close neighbours. Enjoy your perfect coffee and breakfast at the outside table on the large full-length deck looking at the beautiful bay. Sunny spot with a flat paddock perfect for games and adventures.
A short 500m walk down the road to the beach to swim, fish off the point, snorkel or dive for crays. Take your boat to the beach launching boat spot or 5 mins away to the boat ramp at Whananaki estuary.
Take one of the local walks: by the estuary to the old wharf and bar entrance, around the Whananaki sand spit, to the DOC headland reserve, stroll across the footbridge to Whananaki South beach or just walk down the road to beautiful Otamure Bay.
We are 40mins north of Whangarei, 5 minutes to the local general store (no fuel).
Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. 3 large sofas in living room. Sofa in master bedroom and downstairs bedroom.

Summary: Absolutely amazing everything was all set up an ready for you comeing from near or far it had everythink u need in the house so u travel light the view beautiful lots of space for the children to run around. You get your own privacy if you needed help with finding ur way around the place u message on ur gmail..the owner directly calls so your not waiting around so long for them to contacts back she will ring straight away theres a lots of activities that keepd my children entertained i was over the moon i was really happy with were i stayed i rated this place 5 stars the best place to get away to experience country life in the best way possible not a worrie in the world it was an awsome weekend thankyou......really injoyed this place if its available again i would definitely be booking out this place again ohh an one last thing they have made the booking app soo easy for u to navigate your way around its simple instructions to fellow its not hard at all they do it all for u like eg. they will send out an email 3 days prior befor going there with instruction on what you need to do wen you arrive was an awesome experience had lots of fun kids really injoyed there stay as well 🙂😊

Summary: The main comment is that even with the written notes, the front door was really difficult to lock, and took about 15 minutes when we left. It’s very stiff and the lock mechanism definitely needs to be looked at.
