The house opens onto a garden of 2500 m², fenced, with electric gate and large private shaded parking.

Avignon TGV station 15 km away.
Gare de Sorgues 5mn offering free parking to get to the center of Avignon without taking the car it is ideal especially during the festival.
Provence is famous for its Provencal markets (buttons, cartons of Carpentras, olive oil, jams, honey and lavender from all sources, goat cheese, soap, etc.).

Summary: We’ve just returned from a lovely family holiday in the south of France, staying in this really beautiful property. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is a clean, spacious cottage with enough room for 6 people (we are a family of four with 2 children, but had 2 extra adults come to visit for a few days and there was plenty of space for everyone) The real beauty of this place is in the garden. Gorgeous seating and BBQ area and a massive garden for the children to play in. This cottage is located really close to Avignon and we used it as a base to explore the area, including Nîmes, Marseille, Pont Du Gare. The nearby Lac Monteux is also lovely for a cooling swim. All in all, an excellent property with really friendly helpful owners.

Summary: Originally we had planned to rent a tiny apartment in Avignon, but really glad we chose this roomy rental property outside the city. It is half of an older house, all on one floor, with lots of rooms to spread out, and windows onto a private patio area. The owners, Serge and Laure, live in the other half of the house and were welcoming and helpful when we needed it, but otherwise we felt completely private. The 2 large bedrooms are connected, but it would be a great family home (and perfect for us two). Lots to see in the area, Pont du Gard, ruins at Baux, Avignon, Arles, many lovely villages--we could have stayed longer. Thanks, Serge and Laure!

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for a week. The location is ideal for day trips throughout Provence, for a concert at the Theatre Antique in Orange and for very nearby groceries. We enjoyed evening meals at the outside table lit by lights (not shown in any photos as of this writing) hanging from the tree. The three pairs of French doors make the outside area easily accessible from any area of the apartment, which is spacious on the inside. On-site parking behind a locked gate was perfect. Great, friendly service by our landlords! We definitely recommend this property.

Summary: I, my sister and our husbands stayed in this lovely house for 4 nights. 1)OWNRES- The booking process was extremely easy, a few times when I contacted Serge, he was very friendly and answered all my questions immediately. 2)THE LOCATION of this house is absolutely perfect to explore Provence, very short and easy drive to Avignon; if you need some groceries for your stay there is a big mall only 3 km away. 3) PARKING-The big plus for us was onsite parking with a security gate: no need to worry about where to leave your car for a night or any kind of damages to a vehicle. 4)THE HOUSE itself was clean, had more than enough room for 4 of us, had all the necessary kitchen supplies to prepare a meal. We highly enjoyed the outdoor patio with a BBQ pit: It was so relaxing to sit outside after a busy day of exploring the area; enjoying a glass of wine and some cheese while grilling our supper. I and my sister live in 2 different counties, thousand miles apart and the memories of those family dinner times on the patio are going stay with us. Thank you Serge for this opportunity. Summary: We stayed for four nights and we only missed some egg-cups :-). Serge is a very friendly host and the location is great and exactly how described. Good site for all the hotspots of the Provence. We can definitely recommend this very proper vacation home, plenty of place for a comfortable stay. Always a pleasure.

Summary: We have (family with 2 young children) stayed for aprox 1 week to see the surroundings of Avignon. Host Very nice and helpfull host who live next door (same house) so if we had a question it was easy to get in contact with him. Appartment: The appartment has a renovated part and an older part (both airconditioned). The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are recently renovated, they are spacious and nice. The big bedroom has swingdoors to the big terras with BBQ. The older part is the kitchen en living room. Also the kitchen and living room has both swingdoors to the terras. We loved the big terras where you can sit nice in the shadow under a tree. On the terras was a big table available where you can have your meal or drink. All the necessary (kitchen) appliance was available, also a dishwasher. There is no washing machine but in the village there was a laundry. Surroundings: The house is situated outside the village, you need to use the car to get to the very very big shopping centre, local shop, bar or restaurant. Avignon is a 10min drive and you can park for free at the Parking des Italiens. All the sightseeing places are in a reasonable driving distance. Overall: we had a nice stay, the appartment had some small finishing flaws and old details, for example we liked the swingdoors. Easy acces to sightseeing places.

Summary: An easy drive from Avignon, we had no trouble in finding the property. It was beautifully and newly renovated inside, spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Everything just as the photos portray. We really enjoyed the nice barbecue and outside seating area. There is a large shopping center 2 minutes drive away. We were two couples, but also highly recommended for families and groups of friends. A good base for exploring the Provencal region. Serge was a great host and easy to communicate with and answered all questions timely and accurately, many thanks!
