Welcome to this newly remodeled 3-bedroom gem in Mishawaka, a charming home with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. The large living room offers additional sleeping spaces for up to 4 persons, and table and chairs. The kitchen with dining room is loaded with many different cooking items including croc pot, air fryer oven, and enough dishes for hosting a gathering. Guests can relax and unwind outdoors on the spacious covered front porch or large back yard in the hot tub for 8 and around the firepit. A designated work space with monitors, keyboard, mouse and office chair plus WiFi are included. This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you are in town. We are currently finishing up some renovations, so please excuse a few details such as missing floor trim in a few places.

Summary: Nice place to stay - common spaces and bedrooms were in good shape, hot tub worked well, was located very close to downtown South Bend and Mishawaka. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

Summary: We had a great weekend at the home! We stayed for two nights for the Notre Dame game. Everything was as pictured and we had enough room for 2 families (5 kids). The kids loved the hot tub and we spent the nights out by the fire. Communication was great and we had an awesome time.
