This Norman Zimmerman-designed contemporary home is located in the prestigious Old Emerywood Community. Surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this comfortable home features vaulted ceilings, a massive stone fireplace, and stunning secluded views. Our NC family rental boasts custom-made furniture, office space, we are located close to HPU & High Point Market, this pet-friendly rental is a great location for exploring High Point, NC.
As you enter the home into the main foyer you will be lead into the great room featuring the gas-log stone fireplace, dining area, kitchen, and views of the large deck through the wall of windows and doors. The deck has a wooded view featuring magnificent azaleas, a hammock for relaxing and reading your favorite book in tranquility. A gas grill with plenty of seating for outdoor dining is provided on our spacious deck.
From the foyer to the right will be a hallway the leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, queen bedroom, hall bathroom, and office bedroom. The office bedroom features a queen-size pull-out sofa bed with a high-end mattress. Master bedroom and office feature TVs. The hall bathroom provides a tub and shower combination.
Located to the right of the foyer is a door that leads down to the massive family room, located on the lower level. is perfect for watching your favorite sporting events on a 47-inch flat-screen TV. Games and reading material provided; with a large dining table great for game night. Located in the back of the family room are French doors that lead to a small patio area. Plenty of seating for watching the game or a sofa bed for kids to have a movie night. There is a small alcove area/ bar area that features a small sink and great space to set up snacks and entertain.
The downstairs area also features the 4th bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a small sofa, and access to a patio area. The patio area connects to the family room patio. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Surrounding High Point/Greensboro Area: Centrally located in the Triad Piedmont Area, this home is 1 mile from the International Furniture Market, 2 miles from High Point University, and 10 miles from Greensboro’s ACC tournaments and the Wyndham Golf Tournament. Summary: Beautiful artwork, old photography equipment mixed in with a mid century vibe in the best neighborhood in High Point. Wooded backyard made this deck a wonderful place to visit with friends on a beautiful afternoon. Fully equipped home.

Summary: House is as pictured and described. Neighborhood is safe and lovely. A few things were not as stated in the instructions. No keys were left on front table as stated so we had to use the lock box the entire time and was just a little difficult to see the numbers to work if. No directions were left p on refrigerator for checkout. Two emails went unanswered from the Management Company as the hot water knob was stripped in the master bath so no hot water in the shower. This was an inconvenience and when I did talk to the rep she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly, no instructions for tvs so couldn’t get them to work. I called rep and left a message and never heard back. So minor things but it is a very nice house for market.

Summary: We had a beautiful stay here adjacent to Winston-Salem for our daughter’s college graduation from Wake Forest! This home is located near in a private wooded area among gorgeous High Point homes! This rental was not only spacious but very well stocked with extras including coffee and kitchen supplies! The host was easy to reach and friendly! Thank you 😊

Summary: The Wickliff property is nestled into the trees providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. My coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It had a large dining room table that we comfortably fit 5-6 guys around and a nice deck out back for the smokers. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it feel like each had their own space. Very nice, would highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the house is clean and certainly accommodated our crew. Personally we wish there had been a tV in the living room so we could have watched movies together in the evenings. And the home was a little outdated. But the manager was great about getting things fixed for us and communicating. It’s a great home for older folks for sure!
