Summary: We were in town for a memorial and this house provided a quiet calm retreat. Spacious, comfy, close to everything, nice neighborhood. We had trouble with communication through the Vrbo app. Messages not going through from host to me. Once we discovered the problem a solution was created that worked well for us.

Summary: Terrific house in a great neighborhood! Jessica was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. There is plenty of room in the home for a family, and the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, as well as a walk around the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking space and very quiet at night. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: We really enjoyed the home, it’s very spacious and comfortable. The yard is nice and clean and furniture is comfortable also. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping . Will be back next year.

Summary: The house was the perfect size and a great space for our family to meet up and socialize over the holidays. The host repaired the Keurig machine promptly after we reported a problem, and we had no other issues with the house.

Summary: My family stayed here on a visit to Lassen and Shasta and the surrounding area and it was great. A spacious house that was very comfortable and clean. Everything was easy and smooth. We loved visiting the area, too! Thanks!

Summary: Spacious Resting Place "Really IS" just that !! We stayed a week here and loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Convenient to everything local and a great place to base from for day-trips to all the great outdoor activities available in the area. Comfortable beds in all rooms. The two living areas are really nice: One like a den & open to kitchen w/bar area & the other more formal w/o tv. Great for more quiet time. Dining table is pretty small, but we made it work along with the kitchen bar area. I missed a couple of communications from Jessica during our stay, but that's on me... I didn't check emails during this trip & our communication ahead of check-in and after returning home have been excellent. -Doyle-

Summary: The house was clean, comfortable beds. Nice fence in backyard. Lots of seating in the backyard. Close to the conferences center. Sites that we went to is shasta damn, amd lassen national park. We were up in Redding for the golden Palooza at the conference ce ter. I would stay again.
