Summary: While the inside of the house was decent. The neighborhood is in a pretty sketchy area. As we were all male adults, we were ok, but I definitely would not have wanted to be there with my family or young kids. Our microwave did not work, which we reported, but never got a response

Summary: We are a group of 8 senior ladies and travel together one week/long weekend a year. We found this home to be welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet. There are some safety features which need addressing ASAP but, we would stay there again.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property and it's in a great location. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor the communication was excellent. We shall return next year for the Magic City Classic.

Summary: This property is a rare find in that it has many beds and separate bedrooms for large groups (we were a group of coworkers traveling together). Extremely helpful that most bathrooms are located outside bedrooms for access for everyone as as well! The third highlight was the awesome backyard deck. The house appears to be recently renovated to combine a duplex to a single rental, but it still feels like a mix of old and new. One example is that the main bath still has a small, original shower and jet tub, while the vanity is newly replaced. The lower level sits above ground, but feels like a basement due to the low ceilings and flooring. The house would be improved with attention to more details like light switch plates fully screwed to the wall, upgraded toilets, finishing details around ceiling lights, etc. The driveway could also be repaved to address the unevenness that causes cars to bottom out in reverse. I travel a lot and use home rental sites frequently. This property was average compared to similar, large rentals but great for the available bedroom and bathroom accommodations for big groups who don’t want to share beds. The beds themselves were also pretty comfy!

Summary: 8 of us stayed in the house for a week. The house was super clean and in a great location for all of the golf courses we played. Had a minor issue with one of the door locks but the issue was taken care of in a couple of minutes via text. The owners were so easy to deal with. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: We will def book this place again if we need to stay in the area. Everything was great. The house, the people, and the neighborhood. The owners were extremely easy to deal with. We had no problems at all. They even left us cookies.

Summary: The property was as shown. Just the right space for my group. There were some things that had to be fixed as we went but the owner was very responsive. Some uprades to the exterior and fixtures inside will enhance the renter experience.

Summary: The stay was great except there were some things that needed to be addressed. 1-Master shower does not turn off completely. 2-Dishwasher does not open the detergent door when it runs. Dishes don't clean well.
