Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath Roads End area of Lincoln City 2nd home & vacation rental is the perfect place to gather your team, family or pod for your next beach get away. An existing rental (sand Castle) under new ownership that is dedicated to update, cleanliness and safety in this home. You’ll need your swimsuit and beach towel as you head to our Whale Watch spot for an unforgettable vacation.
This NW Lincoln City home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just three blocks away from the beach at Road's End State Park. Downtown is about a five-minute drive south. Private hot tub located on the deck.
The house has a full kitchen including gas cook top and new fridge has four bedrooms (no futons) with accommodations for up to 12 guests including 3 & 1/2 bathrooms with one featuring a jetted tub. Then you get great outside decks including main deck with a hot tub with ocean view. There's a living room on the main level along with a second living room on lower level so you and your guests have plenty of space to socialize or get silence to recharge.
Whether you are looking for a place to gather your family near and far or just planning a fun weekend with friends, this house is big enough to accommodate everyone yet small enough to feel like home. Everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep here. There's a two-car garage and more parking spots outside, so you can bring as many as four vehicles here.
Important Notes: There is a strictly enforced allowance of 4 cars by the city as defined within the rental agreement. 4 vehicles max with no trailers, tents, RV's allowed to park on the site.
The home has a security system for security purposes only with one active exterior camera out front and another 2 exterior out the back, with only sensors in place on entry doors and accessible windows inside the home. There are NO active cameras, motion devices or other recording type devices inside the home.
We utilize a rental agreement that needs to accepted to book.

Summary: Simply lovely! The property is much more than the photos show. It is far larger than I figured, as well. Very clean home with gorgeous views- especially from the primary bedroom's bed. The two beds used were comfortable. Nice hot tub. Very close to the sand and ocean. Would highly recommend to others especially for groups of 8-10 people.For those with mobility issues be aware the steps are very steep. Bring presto logs for the main floor fireplace. Prepare yourself for a memorable trip.

Summary: This house has everything you will need. It’s a definition of a home away from home, but by the beach with amazing views of the ocean! The hot tub was very nice to relax in and Clean as well.

Summary: Second time at this property with the family and grandparents. Wonderful view of the waves from the upstairs living room. A couple of blocks to Roads End State Park and beach access. House have large upstairs living room and downstairs family type room. Hot tub was nice even with the usual winter weather. Every kitchen tool you may need for a great stay!

Summary: This is our second time renting this house with another family. We love the open layout of the upstairs with all the windows and view of the ocean. The Teens and young Adults love the downstairs game room. Quick walk to beach access. We would definitely rent again.

Summary: This was a beautiful property and the perfect getaway for a group of friends. The home was very clean and inviting with lots of extra touches to make it feel like home. We loved the ocean view both from the house and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and loaded with extra blankets and pillows. The best thing was the unimaginably well-stocked kitchen!! They had EVERYTHING and it was easy for our large group to prepare meals. We also liked the quiet street and ample parking. Our group has been coming to the coast for 10 years and we all agreed that this home was our very beat stay!!!
