Summary: The house has great potential but badly needs renovation, i had to work to unclog shower drains. Also unit has water leaks in several spots. The ceilings are falling in a few places and there is evidence of several other water leaks. I talked to the host about discounting the our stay he talked to the owner and he said evolve or vrbo would reach out but they haven'tresponded yet.

Summary: This Condo is AMAZING!!! My entire family and friends were easily accommodated, very spacious. Two kitchens, incredible bedrooms kids had an awesome time in the hot tub and bunk beds, It is very clean and enough restrooms for all of us. It was in the perfect location close to town. We were all impressed with this condo, it was more than we expected. Totally satisfied, we plan to again soon.

Summary: Went up for a quick weekend of fun with some friends and had a great time at this condo. Great location - close to town and golf course. Place was huge and was able to accommodate all 14 of us. Best part is that kids had their own floor w kitchen and jacuzzi just outside of their living area. Beds were super comfy w clean bedding, lots of bathrooms were a plus for the size of our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family and I love staying at this cabin. It is very spacious for a large family. We love the two kitchens, multiple bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. There’s a nice grassy, park area nearby for the kids to play. Close to restaurants and shopping. I recommend this condo for anyone looking to take a large group up to the mountains to simply hang out in the Jacuzzi or play at Ski Apache.

Summary: We’ve stayed at this Condo several times when we want to have a getaway in Ruidoso! We love it! It’s big enough for 2 or 3 families if others want to join you! We really like that option because we always want family or friends to join us! And my kids love the hot tub!! It’s great in the summer to get away from the heat and it’s an amazing ski retreat in the winter! We’ve used this condo for both! The location is perfect!

Summary: Condo feels like home away from home! Great location, close to restaurants and slopes. Multilevel layout, accommodates large groups nicely. Pictures don't do it justice. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to all! Couldn't get the kids out of the private jacuzzi.

Summary: I had the pleasure of staying in this huge property and would recommend it to everyone and every age group. My family and my kids friends stayed and having wifi, 2 living areas and 2 kitchens is an added bonus. Had ample room, privacy and the neighborhood and is very friendly. You are 1st greeted by the deer on the road as you drive up. All the pictures are 100% accurate. The property is very very clean. Everything worked and instructions were very well relayed. I will be back in December for ski season and look forward in soaking in the hot tub with my wife.
