Summary: House is great! It's got an old, but vintage vibe! Love the outdoor gas firepit and the location -walking distance to Rutland center was also a plus. Neighborhood was EXTREMELY quiet and safe. Would def recommend!

Summary: Location in town on probably the nicest of streets. Warm clean old home in fantastic condition Beds were small and old but I’m old and big . Rooms are large . Single shower wasn’t a problem with 10 people Plan to stay there again on my next trip to Killington. Plus great response from mgmt with issues I had.

Summary: This was a great property, an older house for sure but well maintained. Lots of room in all of the bedrooms and two areas to hang out, both the game room in the attic and the living room downstairs. We had two small issues - one with an aggressive neighbor and one with the house - I won't go into detail, but the property manager was quick and easy to communicate with to get a resolution to both issues. I would certainly stay again!

Summary: Check-in: easy with keyless entry. Code was provided via e-mail. Check-out: self-checkout Cleanliness: very clean Kitchen: fully stocked with enough tableware, pots, pans, utensils, cookware for large extended family. Refrigerator and cabinets with spices and other ingredients. Parking: plentiful Con: house was freezing when we first checked in. Heat in master bedroom and 1 other room didn't work and doors had to be left open for heat from other rooms to warm up the rooms without heat. Overall: excellent stay but with heat issues
