Summary: This charming and spacious house is located in a nice, quiet area with close proximity to Pearl and the Riverwalk. Although it wasn't warm enough to go swimming, we did enjoy sitting around the pool which was very clean. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Check in was easy and the owners were very pleasant, even checked in by text message to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this house as a home away from home in San Antonia.

Summary: Tim and Marci’s place was a perfect home for us when we were in town for our Airman’s graduation events at Lackland AFB. We loved the proximity to all things San Antonio—a quick trip to the airport and downtown and about 15-20 minutes to the base. The home was comfortable and clean, and the location felt very safe. We are coffee drinkers so having a Keurig and some pods available for us was wonderful as we arrived late at night our first night in town. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Antonio. Thank you Marci and Tim!

Summary: This is the absolute BEST short term rental I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy and I have stayed in more than 100. The location, the decor, the space, the pool, the amenities... I could go on and on. I was in town for a weekend event at Trinity University. Easy walking distance meant we weren't driving and parking all of the time. Would be perfect for a littel staycation or girl's weekend.Gorgeous lot with lovely trees. Super quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous clear pool with plenty of seating. Had a great time catching up with friends here. The foosball table was a big hit with us. The kitchen was gourmet and spacious. We cooked breakfast every day and there was room for us to socialize and enjoy coffee while I cooked.The claw foot tub was a great surprise and the showers were spacious and had great water pressure. Wonderful shower products were provided as were plenty of fluffy soft towels. The price was a steal for the value. Our friends were jealous when we compared to what they spent on hotels that were nowhere near Trinity.And to top it off, Tim was friendly and super responsive. I definitely want to find reasons to come back and rent this property again.Thank you!

Summary: We stayed here for our son's graduation from BMT. There were 5 of us. It was about a 15-20 minute drive away. The house was spectacular! We loved the location because it was so close to activities in the city (zoo, river walk, botanical gardens, the Alamo, mission churches, restaurants, etc.) The house was very clean and the owner was great with responding back. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend it.
