Summary: The property was very spacious and relaxing. The furnishings were perfect for our stay and the kitchen was very well stocked for making meals of all kinds. Pool area had plenty of furniture and eating areas. We really enjoyed our week staying here.

Summary: We went to several Royals spring training games and did several hikes. This was a great location. We enjoyed the pool and Cave Creek area. Great places to eat! Loved the house. The bed Rooms were laid out just right for our group

Summary: Our stay at this home was as close to perfect as we could have hoped for. Each couple had their own private bedroom/bathroom, and the living/dining/cooking/playing areas were big enough to accommodate all of us. The host was so generous with his time and attention that we truly felt like guests. The home is extremely well appointed and very clean and luxurious. We walked the neighborhood and went to nearby Cave Creek for the day, but certainly our major memories will revolve around the privilege of having access to such a beautiful home-you will not be disappointed!!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying at this home. Extremely clean and comfortable. The bedroom and bathrooms were perfect for a group of 10 people. The kitchen had everything you would need and more. The outdoor area, pool and hot tub was fantastic even in December. Pool and hot tub heated up quickly and were very comfortable. The location was really good as well. Very close to Carefree and Cave Creek for shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was gorgeous with amazing views of the valley and mountains. The owner was super kind, great at communication and available with any question we had and provided us with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Summary: From the beginning it was phenomenal. Great communication when we couldn’t get the outdoor fireplace going they answered immediately. Bathrooms were perfect. The layout is perfect. Got to watch movies separate than the other girls. There’s floats there with pumps which was great , there’s enough chairs And lounges for everybody plenty of table, room inside and outside . The grill was great when we made fajitas. It was a little cool the first couple days so we did decide to heat the pool for extra that was great. Plenty of silverware plates cups mugs on and on very well supplied with paper towels, napkins everything you would need for the kitchen. Opening the front door, letting the air flow through the house with the back doors open and hearing the fountain was so peaceful. Plenty of refrigerator space with another refrigerator in the garage. The pool is great with the sun coming right up and over at nothing blocking it. Yet plenty of undercover under the patio or an umbrella. They have plenty of pool towels, shower towels, day, put body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and every bathroom if needed. Washer and dryer right there. Only thing that I can say about the location i It is pretty far out there. We went to baseball game and it took about an hour to get there .
