With 2 king beds on the main level, 2 queen beds in the loft, 2 queen beds downstairs, a sectional, pull-out couch, and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. 2 living areas with their own TVs provide the perfect backdrop for everyone to have their own space.
We know how important it is for families to spend quality time together, which is why we've created a cozy outdoor space for you to enjoy. Our private, fenced-in yard is the perfect place for kids to play, and the pergola-covered patio, complete with a fire place, is the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding. We specifically wanted all of the family to try to stay together. This one was able to hold all 14 people. It was spacious plenty of beds and everything worked out nicely. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Summary: What a gem! This property exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect space for our group to relax and rest during a busy tournament weekend. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home, and the water pressure was unmatched. The host created a space that had the privacy of a home with the convenience of a hotel. The bathrooms were stocked with toothbrushes, mini tooth pastes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The living spaces were immensely comfortable with the most plush and snuggly blankets abounding. While the building itself is older the host has done everything and then some to ensure the space is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like a welcoming home and left us needing nothing. The one thing to note is the neighborhood was a bit questionable and we did witness a passerby attempt to get into our vehicle that was parked on the street. This in no way reflects poorly on the rental or host from our perspective as they go so far as to have the entire space gated including the driveway as well as outdoor security cameras and quality locks so we felt at ease at night as well as while being away from the property during the day. It did not deter us in any way and in my opinion the host has gone above and beyond to mitigate the uncontrollable external factors. Our group enjoyed our stay so much that we already plan to return again next year. This is a must stay rental!

Summary: The description of the property and experience staying there were better than I could’ve hoped for! We came to Sioux falls for a family reunion for the weekend.
