This spacious homes features 3 bedrooms. Two with a Queen size memory foam mattress and one full size memory foam mattress. They all have cotton linens. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower and soaker tub. Each room features a closet with hangers and additional storage space. There are 50In. LG HDTV’s in each room as well.

Summary: We were generally disappointed in the furnishings in the house. While the garage was empty, we were told it was off limits to guests, and street parking was very limited and inconvenient. One chair had two twisted legs, and the coffee maker didn't work properly. My wife had to do some work while we were there and there was no convenient space where she could work with privacy and comfort. The furniture looked like most of it had come from Walmart--cheap, folding tables. There was no space where the family could sit and interact in comfort. There was a loveseat, but no couch. It had the feel of a student apartment, not a family home. That said, the house itself was otherwise nice and new, and the location was great for getting up to Mt. Rose for skiing. I would not stay here again unless they invest in providing adequate furnishings. They can and should do better.

Summary: Our stay was very nice. This was our very first stay in an VRBO. We didn’t quite understand the processes and had difficulty checking out. We didn’t recall the code to the key box. Had all of our things out and in car but couldn’t get key in key box. Tried calling VRBO from online search. Didn’t have original emails for contact person. Finally got daughter who wasn’t traveling with us to look up on home computer. We ended up unable to secure key in key box until after checkout time - but didn’t want to leave home unlocked with key inside. Other than that the initial contact with the hostess - was terrific. Lessons learned from first experience. Home was great!! Sorry for the lack of experience and getting out late.

Summary: It was exactly as I seen in pictures but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful pulling in, in the evening is was beautiful with the lights on the streets and around pool area. Parking wasn’t bad on street any time I left , I wondered if I would have a parking space to park and not once did I not have a spot. The bedrooms were nice and clean the master was gorgeous; downstairs was nice had a laundry room and a ironing board and iron which I was the only one happy about but the fireplace was enjoyed as well late night playing games. Enjoyed the stay immensely.

Summary: Nice location in new development. Kids and adults loved the game table. 2 small issues - 1. Only one thermostat so upstairs was very warm when we heated downstairs. Solution- Ended up setting thermostat to 65 and used the gas fireplace. 2. No on premise parking. Garage is not available and limited street parking. Otherwise I’d give it a 5

Summary: Lovely upstairs master suite (though no reading lamps☹️), two other upstairs bedrooms all with very comfy memory foam beds, plenty of room for the grandkids to play downstairs. Very basic kitchen equipment and we would have appreciated a toaster. Host was very responsive to my questions and was able to arrange a rendezvous the day after we checked out for a local family member to retrieve a couple of left-behind belongings. Street parking only but it always worked out
