Available for Monthly stays - Beautiful and spacious 2200 sq ft custom home with large front yard and fenced back yard with outdoor hot tub is located in the gorgeous Tahoe Keys waterfront community, 1967 Venice Drive, South Lake Tahoe. Three huge bedrooms with queen beds, full/full bunkbed, 3 twin ottomans and three full bathrooms. Tankless water heater for unlimited hot water. No waiting to shower!
Spacious great room has leather couches, leather loveseat, leather chairs with twin ottomans, Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound Stereo with CD and DVD player. Beautiful river rock stone gas fireplace with views of Mt. Tallac and Mt. Heavenly. Two car garage plus plowed driveway and walkway for easy access.
All new furniture - couches, beds, mattresses, pillows and bedding, no lumpy beds here! Two bathrooms upstairs have their own jacuzzi tubs. All bathrooms are complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, kleenex and q tips. Well appointed gourmet kitchen with all the amenities of home. Playpen, Baby Monitor, High chair and baby gate provided for your little one.
Breakfast nook with barstools. Eight seat round Kitchen table is great for Poker and family dinners. Just bring your gear and you're ready for your next ski trip or summer vacation. Relax in the spring and fall without the crowds. Boat dock is right out back with room for 2 boats. My boat is on one side of the dock. Relax on the dock and fish or swim right into the water or walk a few blocks down to the beach!

Summary: we were a group of 9 adults and we had a great time at this home. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location with a lake view/close to town. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Summary: The location of this home is very good. Convenient to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The posted pictures of the property are accurate. While not fancy, there is tons of room for a large family or group of friends. The wifi was excellent and enabled us to easily conduct our Covid remote work from the home. We found the cellular service to be a bit spotty. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. The homeowner was easy to work with. Our only real frustration was not being able to use the pedal-boat, kayak or SUP that were at the house due to liability concerns per the homeowner.

Summary: Overall, the house and location were great, and we had a wonderful vacation. The view on the water is awesome, and the living room was spacious and relaxing. Having a gas fireplace was lovely. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. The place is much nicer in person than what you see in the poor quality, outdated pictures posted online. This rental offers good bang for your buck - but only if you are comfortable with what we thought were flaws. First, the master bedroom seems like it used to be a loft, so there are windows on one wall that let too much noise into the bedroom from the downstairs living room (the listing doesn't mention this or show a clear picture of it). Second, the kitchen is very small - 2 people can barely work in it comfortably at the same time. Lastly, and most annoyingly for us, were the rules. We had to deal with the trash from prior guests and put the bins on the street for pickup at strict times. We also had to do a lot of cleaning on our own for checkout (what's the point of paying a cleaning fee?). The spa requires the guests to add chemicals during their stay. We had to provide veterinary contact information and medical history of shots for the dog we brought. There are signs and lists of rules posted throughout the house that really detract from what should be a stress-free vacation. We are reasonable people, and we understand the need for rules, but this is the first place we've stayed where it was so excessive. As long as future renters are aware of these things and are OK with them, this property should meet your needs.

Summary: We headed up to Tahoe with myself, my husband, our 9yo son & our Corgi for a week of fun. This house was perfect for us! Our dog loved the backyard, we loved the view and location, and the closeness to a walking trail was an added bonus! There were a few items that needed some TLC, but we let Eden know about them & they didn't hinder our stay at all.

Summary: The house was very comfortable for 2 families with teenagers, 9 people total. Good and comfortable beds, everything in the kitchen, extra bedding and towels, clean. One minor issue is that the Wifi is not the best on the second floor where the bedrooms are. It was fine in the living room and kitchen.
