Summary: This is hands-down the nicest Vrbo I’ve stayed at. The house is literally brand-new, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked, lighting well-thought out. Back porch is private and cozy. What a win. The only downfall at all is the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Seems like there’s a lot of construction, hopefully it’s on an upswing. The house provides a fenced-in private parking spot though. Walkable to the stadium and Tower of Americas. Overall I’d highly recommend.

Summary: We really liked the house. It was very clean and cozy. We didn't like the neighborhood though. Also a lot of noise from the trains during the night.

Summary: The house was excellent! It was clean & met all our needs. Marjorie was a great host & quick to reply to messages. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. The neighborhood wasn’t particularly nice but there appears to be improvements/updates on the horizon. We would stay there again!

Summary: We loved our time here. I brought my parents for a visit from Canada, and we loved how clean everything was, and how conveniently it was located. Marjorie also went above and beyond when we left a few items behind by sending them back to us. Definitely recommend!

Summary: This place was pefect for two couples or a family of four. Two bedrooms and each had a private bath. Location was less than 5 - 10 minute Uber ride from all SA attractions. Marjorie, the property manager was very easy to deal with, communciated perfectly, and was very flexible on our check in and check out times. Super clean and the amenities were awesome!
