Close to Promo West. Newport Aquarium, US Bank Arena, Cincinnati Reds Stadium Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati Zoo, Museums and Downtown Cincinnati. Off street parking on premises in the rear of the building.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops and is lightly stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, mini-refrigerator (with ice), coffee pot and if there's anything else you need it can probably be provided.
The living/dining room features a pub table and small sitting area.

Summary: Owners were easy to contact and friendly. The space was very clean and met our needs while visiting family for holiday. Two TVs was a big plus.

Summary: Clean properly across from the police station. Felt very safe. Beds were comfortable and clean. Owner left us bottled waters, chips and breakfast bars and coffee. Came in for a Bengals game, within walking distance to Paul Brown. Really like this area of Kentucky! Would stay here again!

Summary: We wanted a simple place that was in a convenient location and that’s what we got! The stairs to get up to the loft were steep but we managed just fine. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the lack of kitchen utensils—not that we needed much but it would have been nice to have at least one knife sharper than a butter knife. Other than that, it was a pleasure to stay here and we really loved how close it was to local restaurants we could walk to!

Summary: The apartment was very clean and well organized. I do think that the host should mention how steep the stairs are to enter the apartment. Any one with lower extremity weakness would have difficulty ascending and descending the stairs. It would also be nice if hand towels, washcloths, and a box of kleenex were provided. We did enjoy the thoughtfulness of providing snacks and coffee pods. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This property was perfectly located for our weekend getaway. Easy to get to Newport on the Levee, Fountain Square in Cincy. Few good places for coffee,food, and or drinks in walking distance. Cheap uber to Riverbend for a concert too.

Summary: We were in town for my daughters dance competition. It was my mom, daughter and myself! The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my mom but overall the stay was wonderful! The perfect little place!

Summary: My fiance and I travel to Cincinnati/Kentucky a few times a year for Bengals games and try to stay somewhere new everytime. I really enjoyed this area of Kentucky. It was nice to be able to walk to everything, food, shopping, activities, etc. The apartment was clean and cozy, thumbs up on that, especially during COVID. The apartment is located across the street from a police station, which did wake us up all hours of the night (thankful they were there, but could never get a relaxing night of sleep). The bed and all the furniture was comfy, and the kitchen was up to date on appliances. I would suggest supplying oven mitts (just as an extra added comfort for someone who uses the oven). Another thing I would suggest is to add a lamp in the living room. We would have to move the lamp from the bedroom to the living room each night, not a big deal, but not very convenient. I would also like to point out, it is on the 3rd floor, ALOT of steps. And the last thing I would suggest would be a blow dryer (I know that is small, but makes a big difference, even hotels provide blow dryers). Otherwise, we had a lot of fun and would stay here again, just needs a few extras to make it a bit more comfortable.
