***About The Space***
The main level of our home boasts an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Past the kitchen toward the back of the home, still on the main level, you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a dedicated mudroom/laundry room that exits to the rear of the house and off-street parking. You may very well choose to park and enter through the back of the home!
The second level contains four bathrooms and two additional, full bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is on the smaller side and contains just one bed, a twin extra-long. The first room on the left is the primary suite, containing a king bed, a dedicated workspace, a walk-in closet, and its own primary bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower.
The last two bedrooms on the second level are toward the back of the house and contain a queen and king bed, respectively. The other bathroom on the second level is shared between these two bedrooms and the smaller, twin XL room. It has a tub/shower combo and two vanities.

Summary: The house is amazing. The master bedroom is huge. The owner has invested a lot of time and money in this old house and it shows. Yes the location is not ideal as the neighborhood is a bit shady but it is in the process of a turn around and it shows. We felt very safe all the time. Would stay there again with our 15 and 8 year old.

Summary: Property was immaculate. You can tell someone put a lot of time and money into making it absolutely beautiful! Neighborhood was very friendly. We sat on the porch and enjoyed some beers and several neighbors stopped by to introduce themselves. 15 minute uber to downtown! Highly recommend!
