Positive: This property has the most amazing pool! And just a really fantastic garden space. Also it really is spacious, and the facilities are good. The kitchen is really well kit out and there is also a lovely BBQ area. The host in particular made this property. He was very attentive, always trying to help and would get back to you so quickly if you had any issues or questions.
Negative: There is very little I don’t like about this property! One thing I would say as the location for those without a rental car is maybe not the best. There are buses into Antalya that are easy to get, but if you want to get to other destinations we sometimes found it hard and very expensive to find taxis. This obviously isn’t the owners fault 😂Also the Göynük beach has been taken over by a lot of beach resorts that are not open to the public which is a real shame.
Summary: We had a really fun and relaxing time at this villa!

Positive: Had an amazing time at the villa. Very spacious and beds and bedroom to accommodate a large family of 9. Could easily accommodate up to 11. The host is very understanding, communicative, and helps to solve problems and issues.
Negative: Hard to find the address given on booking.com. had to reference the location given on booking map and put a pin on it on Google maps to get there initially.

Positive: We were impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa. We were a group of nine, including six adults, one child, and two infants, and the villa provided enough space for all of us. We particularly enjoyed the spacious interior and the outdoor amenities, such as the large pool and to the garden, where we spent a lot of our time. It's worth noting that while the villa could benefit from some cosmetic repairs and interior updates, these minor issues were more than compensated for by the hospitality, attentiveness, and responsiveness of the host. The host did everything to accommodate our needs and was always available to address any questions or concerns. I'd also like to highlight the excellent rental price for this villa and its convenient location. With a rented car we could easily reach all the attractions and beaches in the area. We were very satisfied with the amenities provided, including a washing machine, a fully-equipped kitchen, a barbecue grill in the garden, stable wifi, and functional air conditioning in each room. Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, our time at this villa left us with many wonderful memories. We would happily return in the future.
Negative: I would like to add a note for travelers with children regarding the pool. The pool turned out to be quite deep, and even for an adult, it was impossible to touch the bottom. Therefore, it's essential to keep a close eye on children in the pool at all times, as they will not be able to touch the bottom.

Positive: We are overall happy with the house. It has a good kitchen, nice living room, and much space for all guests. We also appreciate the large variety of dishes, tableware, and equipment for cooking. Free drinking water and the cooler were a plus. The pool and the yard are great and clean, with fantastic view. The host was always on contact and responded to all requests very quickly. The public beach is a 25 minute walk from the house. It is clean and there are not many people on it. Just 4 kilometres away is Goinuk Canyon, which is perfect for spending a few days of your holiday there.
Negative: The furniture was a little bit old, and we didn't have enough light in the living room.
