Sleeping accommodations for 6 people in 3 rooms all with private bathroom. Prepare meals around the large kitchen island and enjoy breakfast on the expansive deck as you watch the sun rise overlooking Jimmy Rowe's Pond. Walk the trails in the morning or the beach in the evening and watch the sunset behind famous shag rock. Don't forget to visit the shops and restaurants between Dildo and Whiteway and be sure to talk to the local residents about the history of the community...if you want...we can even arrange a kitchen party!!

Summary: The Pepper property was amazing, it was exactly what I needed. I had a week of relaxation and beautiful scenery and privacy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will for sure be back to enjoy more tranquility and beauty this place as to offer. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Summary: This property is absolutely amazing! Modern, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and laid out. Every detail from dishes, linens, accessories, right down to hand soap were perfect. There was nothing lacking, climate control, ceiling fans and multiple lighting options in each room, three bedrooms with ensuites plus an extra guest bathroom. The location was excellent, backing onto a large pond and walking trail, minutes from restaurants and a store, and only a short drive to Dildo. I highly recommend this gem of a property, you will not be disappointed. Ches was great to deal with, very responsive. Could not be happier and hope I make it back for another stay.

Summary: The property is an outstanding location in eastern Trinity Bay. The view from the deck overlooking the pond is hard to beat. Easily accommodated three adults and a teen comfortably. The cottage itself was even more beautiful than the pictures. Ches was a pleasure to commuincate with and had provided an accommodation that provides a template of what a short term rental should be!

Summary: From the ease of booking and immediate responses from the owner to every question/concern….to the luxurious but very comfortable surroundings….to the getting back items I had left behind, this was a 10 plus vacation stay. The property and attention to detail is superb. There was even a pot to cook our lobster! The photos do not do it justice - you need to see it with your own eyes. Come and stay…You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Just back from a two night stay at “Pepper House”. The house was everything promised and more besides. The owner was great to deal with and answered all our enquires promptly. We were a group of 6 longtime girlfriends and the property was ideal both inside and out. We kayaked from the property & hiked around the pond in the backyard. We visited the nearby communities and all we encountered were very welcoming. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. We would definately recommend and hope to return.
