This 4 bedroom, beautiful villa is situated in the unspoilt Orba Valley equidistant from Valencia and Alicante airports, which are an easy 70 minutes drive. The spacious accommodation would be perfect for 2 families sharing, or one large family. It is a pleasant 5 minute walk to the thriving village of Orba with excellent restaurants, banks, small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and 24 hour medical centre. The villa is well equipped and ideal for families of all ages. It has satellite TV with most UK channels, DVD and CD players and numerous DVDs, CDs and books for you to enjoy when you are not cooling off in the lovely pool (which is lit at night) or sunning yourselves on surrounding terraces and admiring the spectacular mountain views. Beaches are close by and the area is dotted with interesting villages and wonderful mountain drives or walks, whilst the nearby coastal towns of Denia and Javea offer more sophisticated shopping and eating opportunities.

Summary: This house has everything and more our two families needed. Lots of space indoor and out - the pool area was amazing especially with the view of the mountains. We enjoyed Orba as well, lots going on during the fiesta and we loved the local Italian restaurant we discovered on our first night. We’re planning to go back!

Summary: We stayed here for a week, 2 couples. There is so much space in the house. Plenty of room for everyone. It was beautifully clean and tidy and fully equipped with everything you need. The pool area was stunning with views across Orba and the beautiful mountains beyond. Perfect for a relaxing break and we would definitely stay again.

Summary: We booked the villa to accommodate my partner and I and his 2 sons and their partners and our lovely Grandson Albie who’s almost 3. Unfortunately due to the COVID quarantine rules that came in prior to our arrival date one of the party couldn’t come but the rest of us still went. We felt very safe in Spain. Everyone wears masks and there is sanitizer everywhere you visit. We absolutely loved the villa. The ground floor apartment was perfect for the family of 3 and the upstairs with 2 bedrooms housed the other 3 of us. I have never stayed in such a well equipped villa. There is literally every utensil needed (maybe no pizza cutter!) but everything else, loads of crockery, glasses etc, a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and board, beach towels, gas bar b que. There are lots of lovely seating areas around the villa for chilling or eating outside and the pool is wonderful. We spent most of our days lounging around the pool on the sun beds provided. Although we had a car Orba is only a 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants there to choose from. Within 2 minutes walk from the villa is the English run bar - ‘El Forn Vell’ ran by Tracey and Daz who are lovely. Tracey is a great cook and did some wonderful meals for us - including on my birthday. We know the area and visited a few old haunts - Albir (gorgeous), Benidorm (interesting) although the old town and tapas is a must, Calpe and Denia. This is a lovely part of Spain and I’d highly recommend it.

Summary: Villa was great clean and everything you need is there. Communication with the property owner and the villa agent is great. The pool was superb in the heat and helped cool down. We love visiting Orba great villa withing walking distance of bars and restaurants. 20 mins down the road for Denia we we spent our 2nd week. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay away.

Summary: We contacted Rachel as we wanted to stay here for a surprise visit to my Parents, Rachel advised that usually they don't rent during the winter but thankfully she made an exception for us. The communication prior to the stay was excellent and we had very clear instructions on arrival. The villa was big, spacious and spotlessly clean, some essentials such as tea, coffee, water, milk etc were provided for us, we also had some wood provided for the fire. The furniture was all comfortable and the villa felt homely, there is a variety of English tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, irons, ironing boards. Our three boys particularly enjoyed the ping pong table. We didnt use the pool as we visited in December but it appeared clean. We will definitely be looking at a return visit, this was our third trip to Orba and we love it.

Summary: We have just had the most amazing 2 weeks in Orba. The villa is stunning and although in the pictures it looks amazing the photos don’t do the villa as much justice as it deserves. My husband myself our three kids and my aunt have just spent the most relaxing time here. Plenty of space in the villa and the pool and all the outdoor sitting areas (plentiful and all delightful). The house has everything you could need and feels very homely and comfortable. Orba itself is charming and we have totally fallen in love with the place. Many fabulous cafes and restaurants very close by, we were actually surprised and how many stunning places there was to eat in such a small place. El forn vell little bar which is just around the corner from villa Tracy is awesome so friendly welcoming so would recommend (they’re closed Tuesdays) El morell which is pretty much just up and around the corner form el forn vell is stunning food delicious service superb an absolute must (think they’re closed Monday and Tuesday) El Quixot which is just down on the main road and is an easy walk to it, beautiful food in a gorgeous outside area that is all vines growing creating a roof went a few times food and service absolutely amazing again a must. New India gate is also gorgeous two brothers and the food and service is exquisite it’s a bit out the way but if you go see Tracy at forn vell she calls them and they pick you up and will also bring you home again. They also do delivery ( menu in villa) Pizzeria piscina de Orba is about 15 minute walk from villa and again this place has beautiful food service fantastic (closed Wednesday). Awraba in the centre of village just up from the square has lovely food also and very very cheap although the service isn’t as good as everywhere else in Orba (closed Monday). A little cafe called cappuccino on the same street further up hill and is set in a courtyard we had lunch there many times and the food is absolutely gorgeous and the German lady was lovely and welcoming, the salads are delicious but the whole menu is truly delightful (closed Sunday). Already booked the villa for next year before we left because it’s that good. Thank you Becky and also thanks to Amanda who whenever we had a problem was quick to help. Can’t wait to come back next year. 😊

Summary: If anyone is looking to hire a villa then look no further. On first impressions and throughout our holiday this villa gave us a holiday to remember. The owner has thought of every little detail to ensure her guests really do have the perfect holiday. Even on arrival we were left a welcome bundle containing milk, wine, tea, coffee etc, very thoughtful indeed. The villa itself is very suitable for 2 families as it has an upstairs and downstairs both containing a kitchen and bathrooms. There were five of us and the villa was more than big enough to accommodate us all, giving everyone the space and privacy when needed. The pool area is just divine! The pool area is gated, perfect for us with a young child. It is well kept and more than big enough. The views over the mountains is stunning. The chill out area beside the pool came in very useful too. The villa has many seating areas surrounding the villa so lots of space to lose yourself in a book away from the busyness of family members. The villa is situated within walking distance to a small village where there are many restaurants, bakery, bars etc. Some of the restaurants served the best meals we have ever eaten in Spain so read through the manual on arrival and all of these restaurants are mentioned. I would strongly recommend car hire, we visited the beaches and other towns, all within about a 25 minute drive of the villa. Again, all of this information is mentioned in the manual. We really did have a fantastic holiday and are all wearing the holiday blues as I type this review. We will definitely return to this villa in the future. You really will be in good hands booking this villa. From the very onset of enquiring about the villa to arriving, the owner was on hand to answer emails and ensure her guests had a fantastic holiday, which we did! We cannot thank Becky enough..

Summary: We had the most amazing time here. There were 8 of us - 2 family's of 4 and the set up of the villa was perfect. Our kids range from 3-7 so the fact that the pool is on a separate level with a locked gate made it absolutely ideal and so safe. The pool area is fabulous with a beautiful covered chill out zone complete with outdoor sofas and table. The local town is absolutely beautiful with fabulous restaurants. We particularly liked Cal Morell (we ate on a long table set out in the middle of the cobbled street- the kids loved it!) very reasonably priced and wonderful food. We also loved the pizzeria, the kids play area is great and again, fabulous food and wine, very reasonably priced. We visited Denia, Altea and Benidorm (for the dolphin show) during our 10 day stay. Denia is particularly lovely and very picturesque. Rebecca made us feel so welcome by organising to have boxes of toys at the villa for the kids and use of the inflatables for the pool. Thanks so much for an all round fantastic holiday, our best so far!

Summary: Some of my family came over from England to stay in Orba near to where we live. They all thoroughly enjoyed staying in the villa and having many different terraces with seating was very welcome as that there were lots of private areas to sit. The position of the villa within walking distance of the village was great for them as they didn't always need to use their car. Private parking was also a bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa and our family have said they would book it again in the future. Rebecca, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating.

Summary: This is without doubt a fantastic villa in a fabulous location. The villa is well equipped and the layout is very well suited to 2 families holidaying together but who may also require a bit of their own independence. The views and sunsets were magnificent from the terrace and the pool, without doubt, is absolutely first class and well maintained. Islay, and the rep in Spain were very helpful and understanding. A great holiday was had by all and look forward to a next visit.
