Hacienda Pedraza is a Spanish colonial home with modern upgrades but keeping the essence of what it was. This home is a beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath home that can accommodate up to 16 guest comfortably with a private pool which sits on 6 acres of greenery, it is surrounded by diverse palm trees and fruit trees native to Puerto Rico. The home has a beautiful outdoor deck area which you can dine listening to the sounds of nature, we are within driving distance to local beaches and commercial establishments such as supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries etc. We do not provide any housekeeping service during your stay and any amenities we provide will be basic for your arrival any extra supplies such as toiletries, cooking condiments, laundry supplies ect. you have to purchase. We have a list of locations that we can inform you about upon arrival. The home also has a full kitchen with all the basic utensils for cooking, a two car garage but plenty of driveway space for other vehicles, the home has plenty of outdoor space for all the kiddies to run around and enjoy. Summary: Overall the property was not what we anticipated. the grounds were nice enough but the cleanliness of the entire property was very sub par. the bathrooms were all pretty dirty and the kitchen and pots/pans were old and dirty enough to force us to buy our own pan to cook in. The layout of the house and the back patio was nice, but we were dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Summary: This place was amazing; the pictures didn't do it, Justice! Beautiful property, the house surrounded with beautiful land. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and each room had a balcony. We were all very comfortable. We loved the pool the pool! enjoyed the pool

Summary: The property is beautiful and the has the appliances necessary. Although there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom coming from the ceiling we survived a beautiful week.

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend stay. Enjoyed the pool, the upstairs jacuzzi and the hose overall. The house does have some items in need of repair, bun nothing we couldn’t work around. Air conditioners all worked great and the kitchen was spacious and convenient to the rest of the house. Could use a few more mugs and silverware, but pretty equipped overall. We appreciated having extra trash bags and toilet paper provided. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Kids especially didn’t want to leave on Sunday!

Summary: The house has a lot of flaws. Only 3 burners worked on the stove. Microwave only 3 buttons worked. Both ovens went up 3 days in out of our 10 days. We barely had a way to cook for a family of 12. Contacted the property person and response was sorry we have problems with that. 1 toilet in a bathroom was not bolted down and was falling over. There were small bugs in the one bed. Another bed had vomit on the comforter. Knobs broken in multiple bathrooms. Front gate would not shut for security.

Summary: Property was specious for our family of 17. It was clean and had ample ground for the kids to run around. They were equipped with crib, kids toys and a stair gate. Unfortunately we did not have Wi-Fi our whole stay, which didn’t allow for viewing any TV. In addition we did not have enough bath or pool towels.
