Very centrally located, the spacious chalet is just 15 minutes from the airport in a typical Spanish residential area. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 modern bathrooms and tasteful decor. 260 sqm of living space offer plenty of space for sweet idleness.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. We were 3 families staying and there was plenty of space for us all. The villa is more spacious inside than the photos show with lots of things for children - from plastic plates, cups and ice lolly moulds to toys for inside and outside use. There’s a nearby bakery and shop within waking distance as well as a few lovely restaurants. Then supermarkets, beaches and restaurants if you have a car (we all did). Really easy to access the villa from the airport. The children loved the pool and there’s now a gas BBQ for evenings in. The villa was a high standard. We had a lovely stay.

Summary: The house is wonderful and well cared for. The owners were immediately responsive with questions or to resolve issues. There was thought to be an issue with the pool heater but turned out something was set wrong but the owner helped get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and from another country- that speaks volumes to how well loved the property is. We had rental cars to get to around and we found it super helpful, it was an easy drive from the airport and ultimately everywhere. If we ever visit Mallorca again we would absolutely try to rent this house again, and we highly recommend it for families!

Summary: Lovely villa modern, clean and large. Only very minor negative is pool is on the small side, didn’t bother the kids but if you wanted to do a lot of swimming a larger pool would be preferable but that is being very picky as it is still a decent size with lots of sun loungers.

Summary: My family had a wonderful stay! The house comfortably fit 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook several meals. We really enjoyed meeting the property manager who was very helpful. We paid the additional fee to heat the pool and that was wonderful for our family.

Summary: The owners was really cooperative over the phone and we had all informations on time about the house! Administrator was there waiting to welcome us! House is very clean and had a nice garden ,my family and our friends enjoyed the stay in Palma! We will definitely want to come back with other occasion!

Summary: We were three families with 2 children and had a wonderful time at the villa. Will totally recommend! Caution: Only SUVs with high ground clearance can enter inside , due to the abnormally high platform at the gate. Take care otherwise it could cause damage to the car‘s base. Parking outside by the road is better.
