Summary: Would have been a horrible stay. If it wasn’t for the young lady at the front counter. We had an issue with our room. Instead of calling someone else to fix she came to the room and helped us herself. She was amazing and super helpful.

Summary: Basically a Super 8 with lipstick. Free breakfast was a joke. Orange juice was literally orange water. Doors slamming well into the early morning

Summary: Our room was great with air conditioning that got nice and cold. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast selection. It was only bread products, cereal, boiled eggs, and yogurt with some toppings. Nothing warm, nothing fresh. We would up going to the nearby Chick-fil-A for breakfast because we were so dissatisfied with our options.

Summary: Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is overpriced for what you get but they are about 20 minutes from New River Gorge NP. The pet fee is listed wrong on hotels.com and is actually $75 per stay. Our room had a gap in the door so it was a little noisier than it should have been. The room smelled musty and the smell didn't really go away unless the air was running and even then you could still smell it. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was simple but decent and hours were generous (6a-10a) compared to other places we've stayed. Not a bad stay if you just want a bed and shower but there are probably cheaper places to stay unless you need a pet friendly hotel.
