Summary: The hotel is under renovation. I was not aware of that until I checked in for my stay. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool but the pool was also under renovation. Most of the floor we were on was closed off for renovation. All floors except for the lobby were covered in plastic due to renovation.

Summary: The facility was under renovations. I was not aware of the renovations when I booked the room. We had to change rooms when we found the bathroom sink had dirty water coming up through the drain. By the time I got a new room the water was running out of the sink and onto the bathroom floor. Apparently someone on the renovation crew left a valve open or closed causing a backup onto our bathroom floor.

Summary: Let me preface this to say we have stayed here several times in the past and have had an extremely comfortable stay. This time was different because they were under renovation. Actually the hotel should have been closed until finished. We were moved 3 times to another room. There were no chairs, no phone and no alarm clocks in any of the rooms. There were no drawers. The extra lock on the door didn’t work. They were just incomplete. There were workers all over the hotel. One worker knocked on our door and we told them room was occupied. Another worker just opened the door without even knocking. Good thing we had the latch out to stop it from opening completely. They just seemed disorganized. Working helter skelter. So obviously it shouldn’t have been open for guests. Now the front desk staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They were aware of our problems and did make very satisfactory adjustments to our bill which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast offerings were great. Just as it has been in the past. So I can’t recommend staying here during renovations. It was very good before and maybe it will be again after they are done.
