Summary: The room had an odd smell. The AC was good. The microwave looked dirty and outdated. There was a spider and a roach in the room. The bed looked clean. Learning how to use the WiFi was difficult as I had to look it up online. Customer Service was great. The entrance look dangerous as there is a giant slope by the front. Kids above my room kept stomping, which I heard at night. The bathroom door closes automatically, which is not great if you want the door open.

Summary: I absolutely loved my room. It was quiet and the ac was amazing. The only downside was the water in the shower didn’t get hot. It stayed lukewarm even when I had it on full hot.
