Positive: FANTASTIC STAFF! From the breakfast attendant to receptionists to housekeepers, they were all exceptionally friendly and ready to assist. Free parking with many EV chargers
Negative: $70/night pet fee is RIDICULOUS. That was almost half the room rate!!! Way beyond average rates. Need more outlets/chargers, especially beside the beds. Very noisy with ongoing construction - guests should be forewarned (and not just during daytime business hours). Our room literally SHOOK when the washers next door went into spin cycle! (room 219) Great to have so many EV spots, but shouldn't have to move to park overnight ($10/h idle fee!!!)

Positive: Brand new hotel. Nice location, closer to Metro.
Negative: Service is terrible. Not like any Hilton. Breakfast is the worst. Rather they should just stop breakfast, and provide water. TV never worked, and they never bothered fixing it. Never cleaned the room and changed the sheets during my entire week stay

Positive: The hotel looks nice after renovation, with new furniture and spacious rooms. The location is very convenient, and there are many facilities and services nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money.
Negative: However, there are some downsides. Breakfast was very poor – there was almost nothing to eat except bread. The rooms were quite dusty, and there was no water available upon check-in. Soundproofing is weak, so you can hear noise from other rooms. At check-in, a deposit equal to the cost of one night’s stay was required, which was not very pleasant. Also, although the room was booked for four people, only two sets of towels were provided.
Summary: The hotel is fine for a short stay, but the breakfast is not worth the cost — no choice at all
