Summary: Nice place, except for the fire in another room. We spent several hours outside in the car while the fire department, including the Navy fire department came through and put out the fire.

Summary: Unfortunately our visit was interrupted by a small fire in another room. The staff and fire department responded quickly, but it did affect our ability to give an excellent rating. Also, the linens - while clean - could be of better quality.

Summary: So it was a good check in to the room. The second floor was not bad. The issue was the 2 amish fire scare until 4 am. The staff made sure people were aware to evacuate the hotel and I did appreciate the response time of Mystic Fire department. The fire department was very busy for Labor Day weekend. Even today Monday, the Mystic village supposedly had a fire issue. The crazy thing at check out no kind of thought to a small reimbursement or Hilton certificate to stay anywhere. However from what I understood everyone got out of hotel.

Summary: I thought the hotel was good enough for our brief stay. I was disappointed with the lack of options at breakfast. The staff was friendly, and there was ample parking.

Summary: The hotel was very clean. There were no instructions for the remote (tv) or any thing about the area, restaurants, laundry, etc. the bed was terrible and the toilet was so low I couldn't get up from it without great effort, and I did not like the separation of the sink and the toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not go back there again, not enough handicap feathers.

Summary: It was ok overall, the hotel is very close to all the places we wanted to visit, the personal was very nice. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast they offered just bagels and cereal and cold eggs later on management explained they don't have a kitchen, that was deal breaker for us to come back to this hotel. Overall it was clean. The pillows were too soft.

Summary: The pool was beautiful, and the staff was great, but no one cleaned the room, the breakfast was just store bought bagels, and cereal, and they ran out of coffee by 8:00AM
