Summary: Very loud door closures. Mattress and pillows were average. Lobby and breakfast very clean. Limited breakfast with nothing hot FYI. Strange hallway smells. Good value, safe, good staff, fast check in, and clean.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at Spark. It was close to the airport, I81, and several shops and restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and I had no issues at all during my two night stay. The tv even was on with my name and welcome when I first arrived in my room - that was a first. Perfect for a one or two night stay in the Star City.

Summary: While the hotel was clean and comfortable, with a friendly check in staff, we were most disappointed by the breakfast included, as it was not up to the usual standard for a Hilton. There was no hot or prepared food at all, just a gluten intolerant nightmare of bread, bagels, breakfast cereal (and a mediocre fruit selection) - we went down at 9 (breakfast was until 10), and even the danish and muffins tray was empty/not restocked, giving us even less choice. As my priorities are a clean room, comfortable bed. Generous, hot water, and a good breakfast, I will not be staying there again, even though everything else was to our satisfaction.

Summary: My family had a wonderful stay. Ot was quiet and secluded. Very clean. My only complaint would be not to expect anything for breakfast other than cereal and toast. I will also add my husband forgot some brand new shoes. He called and the cleaners set them aside and we were able to pick them up a few days later. I appreciated their honsety in returning our items.
