Summary: The bathroom is large and easy to navigate if you have a mobility issue, as it is a shower, not a tub. The Living room/kitchen combo has plenty of space to hang out. The bedroom is huge and the bed is very comfortable. A couple of things we didn't like--there is no hot tub, although the listing said there is and the cookware was minimal-a few more pots would help. Overall, it went fine. The owner, CJ, was very responsive to our messages from the very first time we expressed interest in renting to the very end.

Summary: Loved the neighborhood, proximity to all Nob Hill has to offer, and the home overall. But, didn’t realize it was a duplex (should be noted) and the hot tub listed under amenities (and included in my search parameters) was not present.
