Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very spacious. All 3 bedrooms are large doubles/twins with lots of storage. The 2 bathrooms are also very generous. It was very clean and well equipped for a holiday. We had the top floor of the house as you look at the picture. The lower floor is a separate property. We had exclusive use of the top garden, great for our dog. That has bbq and seating and a huge table for outdoor eating. As a bonus the house has a huge garage underneath which the other property used to park their car, we parked in the drive, but we used the garage for our bikes, but would be great if you had any sports gear that you wanted to store. The owner doesn't speak English, but her daughter(?) spoke a little and we managed fine as google translate came to rescue!!! There is wifi. We loved Asturias, Absolutely beautiful and so many charming places to visit, Loved Lastres and Tazones. Went for a long day to Picos de Europa, stunning! For local activities we recommend Trampalones at El Puntal, we hired kayaks and went out on the river, really lovely. Villaviciosa charming old town with 2 supermarkets, we used mercadona which was fine and had a good fish counter. I highly recommend this property for a holiday base for exploring this beautiful region of Spain, you would need a car as it is out of town. Parking is a problem in all the popular local spots but arrive early or persist and you usually find somewhere!!

Summary: We stayed on the first floor of the house as a party of 4, two of which were elderly people. The house was perfectly situated with easy access to the highways. Centrally located to all major cities and towns in the area. The house was clean and well equipped. The host was friendly and very accommodating, a real pleasure to chat with. The town of Villaviocosa was nice with good restaurants and shops. Nos quedamos en el primer piso de esta casa. La casa esta bien situada con accesso facilities al auto via. La casa due limpid y tuvo too lo necessario para nuestra estancia. Villaviciosa tiene buenos restorantes y tiendas para compared. Alicia fue muy complidora y nos ayudo mucho; un encanto hablando con ella. Les recommiendo la casa. ayudo much, due muy rauntes y tiendas tuvo Timer
