The kitchen is equipped with everything guests might need during their stay and each of the bedrooms are comfortable and come with plenty of storage space. Situated in Kapparis (a suburb of Protaras) this elegant 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for peaceful surroundings, while at the same time close to the action offering a perfect base for guests during their stay in Cyprus. The location is well connected with transportation services meaning guests can discover the rest of the area and beyond with ease.
Casa Bella is very practical and I have made it home to home with the wonderful sun facing the balcony early morning and being on the first floor you are very sheltered throughout the day. Easy access to the main road which also has many taverns and bars. The Bakery has many delicious cakes and locals come from different towns for special birthday cakes, etc all year round.

Summary: We as a family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. The flat is within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. There are also many very good restaurants in the area where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Summary: STOP looking and book! You are searching the Protaras, Paralimni, Aiya napa or Kapparis area. Then you have found the best listing in that area for a pricetag well worth every cent. We have tried SAME apartmentsize on the exact same complex and the difference is a big difference!!! When opening the door you just feel a welcoming atmosphere. Clean, fresh, modern and tastefully furnished and decorated. Here is everything you need for your holiday! Nice comfortable beds, a cozy sofa, wifi, tv, modern kitchen fully equipped. The owner have thought about it all down to perfection! The service and contact with ownner is well worth 5-star too! Previous attendant forgot to leave a tag to pool area, I sent a message to Adriana and 4 minutes later a new tag was at our door! Fenomenal! I had more stupid tourist-questions both before and during our stay. They were answered more than fast enough. 17 years ago I stopped going on holiday with charter and started to book just flight and arranged my whole trip by myself. I have rented several apartments during the years and met plenty of property owmers. I have never felt more welcome than now and the apart,ent more than fullfilled our needs. Me, my 12 year old son and the two elders we brought on holiday all agree! Both the apartment and the property owner Adriana is well worth the 5 stars we gave on every line. Summary: A very well appointed property with ideal location, close to bars and restaurants (5 min walk) , another 10 mins stroll to the coast. The apartment had everything we needed with the most comfortable master bed ! Complex had much to offer including pool, playground, football and tennis court. Thoroughly enjoyable break .

Summary: Great location for the beach, local shops 24hr bakery, restaurants and bars in particular the pig and whistle fab food for children too. and all in walking distance. 2 swimming pool areas with sun lounges, park area, and tennis court on the complex. Clean and perfectly equipped apartment with a lovely al fresco dining on a spacious balcony. Family friendly feel with all home comforts. Would definitely recommend 👌🏻 Not far from aya napa also for trips out. Adriana will help you on anything you need or would like to know very friendly and thoughtful service.

Summary: Our 1 week in October to Cyprus was our fourth visit to the island in the last 6 years and the first time we'd ventured to the east side and the Famagusta region. Previous holidays were in the Paphos area (west of the island) which were great and always in a hotel and half board. This years holiday to Kapparis was 2-fold (short holiday combined with property viewings with the purpose of buying). We were very lucky to meet Adriana through Sold on Cyprus who kindly rented her apartment to us. The apartment had everything we could ever want from a self-catering holiday; well furnished, spacious, clean, tidy, air conditioning in every room with lighting with built-in fans, ample storage, well equipped kitchen, large balcony with tables and seating, broadband and Internet access, full use of 2 well sized swimming pools, a couple of minutes walk to shops, restaurants and supermarket plus 5 - 10 minutes to Blue Flag beaches. The apartment is ideally situated to a number of other towns and villages and a short walk to the Cypriot bus service which links towns and villages for just a few Euros. All in all, we had an absolutely fantastic holiday and can only thank Adriana for making it so. Adriana's apartment had maps, books, Tourist Guide, business cards for restaurants, car rentals, butchers, bakers, hairdressing, etc. plus Adriana was always at the end of a phone or Email if we had questions (which we often did). Adriana was extremely kind and helpful with her knowledge of the island and made our short stay all the more enjoyable. Had we not purchased our own apartment on this visit, I wouldn't hesitate to rent Adriana's place again and can only recommend it to others who want to relax and enjoy what Kapparis and the east coast of Cyprus has to offer. Summary: We had a fabulous months stay in this lovely modern, furnished, well maintained apartment. The complex is very safe and clean with a choice of two pools and within easy walking distance of all amenities. The area is picturesque with lovely bays along with very friendly bars and tavernas. Highly recommend ❤️️
