Villa La Torre's comfortable, self-contained *Seguito* apartment is rented with TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS. A cot or infant sleeping arrangements can be available upon request.
The kitchen/dining area included new modern appliances throughout: full washing, laundering, cooking facilities, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. French doors from the kitchen/diner and bedroom one lead onto exclusive-use jasmine covered patio area for al fresco dining area. All set in secure two-acre beautiful private gardens. The private swimming-pool is at the end of the garden.
There will be no other guests staying at the property, or sharing the pool*. A caretaker is available and visits to take care of pool cleaning and any general maintenance needed, as well any help or advice.

Summary: Our stay was unfortunately a disappointment. Very quickly we found that the property was quite neglected. There were many small things that confirmed that. To name a few... The hygiene in the kitchen was poor. Actually I am not that picky. But the cupboards were dirty, the dishes were still filthy with food leftovers form past visitors. The dishwasher, we had to clean ourselves first (ugh), holes in the sofa blanket, dirty or missing lampshades. The bench at the dining are is dilapidated and the garden is far from well-kept. Of course, we take into account the heat of the summer, but... The very big point was definitely the actually beautiful pool. The pool pump broke on about the 4th day of our stay and was not repaired until the evening before we left. Until then, the pool was not cleaned, which was actually part of the service. We tried it ourselves, but it was impossible given the sizes. The result was a greasy mass of dead insects and leafs - unusable. The owner, with whom we had an exchange on this points and who promised us compensation, quickly shirked her responsibility after our stay. Something can always go wrong, but this was not a fair thing to do. In the end we are sorry to say that the condition of the property and the service promised did not match what was advertised. Even the manager on site, who tried his best confirmend that the property is not in condition for renting. So disappointed before all the non-honourable behavior of the owner. Too bad

Summary: After a very good first time in 2019, we had decided to return to this beautiful place. And again it was amazing. The location is perfect, really nice and quite. The pool is great and all for yourself. And the owner Christine is the most lovely and helpfull host So far. We had a wonderfull time and will recommand it to everyone!

Summary: The garden and pool are wonderfull. We really enjoyed our days at the large and beautifull pool. The appartement it self is also nice, but too small for five (three children). We were in the middle of a heat wave, so it was hot. At night it was too hot and no sufficient way to cool/ventilate the house. No decent musquito nets, so opening windows meant the musquito's would come. Too hot when it is 30 degrees at 11 p.m. We didn't cook inside not to get any more heat into the appartement. Communication with the owner and agent was very good, they really tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Thanks! Garden was beautifull, but all dried up, even though there is an extensive irrigation system (that did not work).

Summary: A beautiful house in a quiet location with a wonderful garden and a large pool. We enjoyed the time very much. Summary: Really enjoyed our stay in Mirabella! Chris and Clive, the owners, are always willing to help/advise you with tips to lunch/have dinner/drink a coffee ie where to park in Perugia or elsewhere. The pool is really great. Because of the heat we spend a lot of time in it, so we were pleased with the size of it. Thanks again for the stay!

Summary: This is a beautiful place, off the beaten track and surrounded by the Umbrian countryside. The private pool is a great size and and it was wonderful to spend time there with our kids who are just learning to swim. The property is also well placed to explore the surrounding areas - we hired a car and visited Perugia (stunning!), Polvese island - which has small beaches and was great for swimming in Lake Tresimeno and immersing ourselves in the island wildlife - and also the nearby lakeside town of Castiglione Del Lago and the hilltop villages of Panicale and Paciano, which were perfect for meals out. The property itself is comfortable, the gardens are beautiful and the owner was always on hand to answer any questions and to give helpful tips and advice about how to make the most of our week's stay. Would happily recommend.

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is extremely well furnished, and all needs are catered for. Clive and his family were very welcoming and were always on hand to offer advice. We spent a magical day, thanks to them on the lake, sailing and swimming and nothing was too much trouble. The area is enchanting full of historic walled towns, wild flowers, birds and animals, with easy access to wonderful places such as Assisi and Sienna. One of our favourite places to visit was Panicale, a few miles up the road, where we had a number of idyllic lunches in its lovely square. This was our first family holiday to Italy and we were certainly not disappointed and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Summary: I was part of a film crew which took over Villa La Torre's Primo house and Seguito apartment for a month, while sourcing locations for a new US movie set in 15th-century Italy. I've been in this business 32 years, and have to say this was easily the most beautiful, emotive and spectacular countryside I've witnessed. Our director (can't say his name but you'll know him!) is a regular visitor to Seguito; he chose the venue especially and the owners didn't let us down. The renovated house and villa are kept in immaculate condition. Comfortable, fully equipped, and there's a relaxing sense of home in every room. I loved every minute of our stay.
