Summary: Our stay was very enjoyable! The apartment was perfect for the three of us. The apartment was clean, setup well. It was great having laundry facilities right in the apartment. I’d recommend asking for an additional air conditioner in hotter weather. (We had one so it wasn’t an issue). Any questions we had, Simon was able to provide a quick response and solution. One member of the family was in a wheelchair, even though the listing didn’t specifically say wheelchair accessible, the apartment was easy to get around, however the bathrooms were small for this person. We knew this going in, and made arrangements throughout our stay for alternatives! Perfect for what we needed! Highly recommended place!!

Summary: The condo is in a great location, extremely close to basically everything you would need. There’s a park and splash park super close by. The underground parking was nice, covered deck was great, extremely quiet place. We hardly heard any noise the entire time we stayed. Simon was extremely fast at replying, and helpful. Check in/out was super simple. There were a few areas in the condo that could have used a deeper clean, but nothing too major. Some extra bedding would be nice as there was only a thin blanket on the master bed, and a thin comforter on the other bed, and no bedding for the couch. We did have our own extra blankets and pillows though so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but might be for others. Our one issue was how hot the condo was. The first night we stayed, it was +34c outside and I wouldn’t be surprised if the condo was hotter than that. There were 3 fans provided, but they didn’t come close to cooling you off. The next morning, I messaged Simon and told him it was way too hot, he replied right away and by that evening he had brought over a portable air conditioner and installed it in the master bedroom. It helped a ton in the bedroom. However, the rest of the apartment and the other bedroom still stayed fairly warm. It was bearable but still hot. Possibly having a portable air conditioner in both bedrooms would help keep the place cooler. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we come to Calgary!

Summary: Simon was kind and prompt at replying to messages both before the stay & during the stay. However we did find some issues with the unit we stayed in. The vent in the master bathroom did not work. There was feces on the wall in the master bathroom. For the time of year the unit needs some sort of cooling, we were uncomfortable most of the time. The carpet definitely needs cleaning & there was food on the floor. Limited kitchen supplies as well & no bbq tools. Who ever was supposed to clean for Simon did a poor job.

Summary: Nice apartment, would be great for a young family, but not sufficient for more than 2 adults. We booked for 5 adults and found it a struggle to fit. Also check out time was earlier than in the ad.

Summary: Simon has great communication. Condo is in a good location and big balcony. Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants. We did not realize Canada would be so hot … lol coming from Arizona heat we were expecting weather … oopsss. There is no AC in-unit which we learned is common … We went to Canmore after Calgary and same heat experience but that owner not as accommodating to help with the excessive heat in her unit. She was not concerned. Simon is AWESOME and we are grateful for his taking care of our needs! And immediate brought us fans for each room which help very much to help cool down. Thank you Simon!!!
