Enjoy the outdoors with a saltwater heated plunge pool and over 1000 square feet of outdoor decks showcasing breathtaking views of the Chief, Slhanay, and Howe Sound. Entertain with a Twin Eagle BBQ and choose between the cozy warmth of an outdoor gas fire bowl or the rustic charm of an outdoor wood fire bowl. The property offers a garage with one space and two additional spaces on the upper driveway, along with convenient bike storage in the garage.
Step into a modern kitchen featuring high-end appliances, including a Subzero integrated fridge/freezer, separate beverage fridge, a Wolf oven with an extra steam oven, and two integrated dishwashers for easy cleanup. The kitchen is equipped with a set of Chef’s Knives, along with All-Clad, Le Creuset cookware and Jono Pandolfi dishware.
Our home features a full filtration system to keep the air pristine as well as air conditioning for the warmer months. Enjoy the comfort of heated floors and custom designer furniture, including an oversized sofa with non-toxic foam and natural linens.
We have a dedicated office space for two with an electric standing desk, printer, and two Dell monitors.
Bedrooms are designed for comfort with all-organic mattresses and linen bedding. The primary bedroom features a king bed, 30+ linear feet of closet space, desk area, heated towel rack, two rain shower heads, and a bath with a Miele washer/dryer.
Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sharing a full bath with Upstairs Bedroom 3, which has a twin bed and a twin trundle (an Oeuf sparrow crib is available upon request)
Bedroom 4, located on the lower floor doubling as a bedroom/gym, boasts a queen integrated Murphy bed, and its bathroom offers a steam shower.
All bathrooms are stocked with OEKO-TEX certified 100% Egyptian cotton bath towels for added luxury.
Convenience is key with a laundry room on the top floor featuring a washer, dryer, and sink. The bottom floor is equipped with a mudroom, complete with a bench, closet, and ample storage, ensuring practicality meets organization in every corner of the home.
Our home is professionally and meticulously maintained and cleaned twice per week. The house manager has been caring for the home since it was completed in 2020 and will be available for the duration of the stay.
